If these same Parliament Members were to have made their intentions known that they were not going to seek a Parliament seat come next Election time- would Bagbin have dismissed them from ending their term of service as MP representing a Constituency.?

Was Bagbin going to sack them if they were to have announced that they intend to retire from Parliament after this particular section-- was Bagbin going to dismiss them from finishing their term of service to their respective Constituency ?
