I love your content, and it's starting to come around on my new mage hyperfixation again, heck do I want to play it some day. I've been trying for years, but nothing's ever been able to click together.
(I haven't played Mage in a while so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question) Wouldn't someone who has a philosophy of entropy not want to control it? Wouldn't they rather embrace chaos and death as a natural aspect of time and not seek to change it?
I feel like it changes from mage to mage, but I do think that traditional Chakravanti, Euthanitos, Cult of ecstasy see entropy fate and destiny, to be respected and accepted. Other mages, especially with modern paradigms or Hermetics see entropy as the ability to manipulate probability.
Every person is different. Plus being able to manipulate it is part of the appeal of becoming one. Leaving it be is like just letting things happen. You don't have to be a mage for that.
