I haven't seen this and it does look good. But the main thing I find myself always searching for are films with deep lore and story content. This is the thing that makes me sit up and draws me in, eliciting MY OWN imagination to work in conjunction with the movie. It's a bit dificult to explain. I know books are the best for this style of emotional enjoyment. But there are certain films that do it really well too and I find them magical. A plain, simple example would be 'Over The Garden Wall'... a simple adventure tale on one hand. But it has story after story that feels very sincere(?) and these stories are WITHIN a larger story that has this metaphorical and allegorical significance to it. It's like this type of media feels utterly special and one of a kind... kinda' like you are alone with it (you are both alone together), if that makes any sense. It feels deeply candid when a writer shares this certain type of style.

It looks ok. Hope the story is good. But I think animation from Fire and Ice and Heavy Metal are still slightly a bit better. This animation is ok but I wish they would have added there shadows especially when they are walking.

That’s because it’s rotoscoped (from what i’m looks like) it usually looks super shitty and cheap because you’re copying the movement of a video frame by frame rather than stylizing it. Got to be one of the worst animation methods imo LMFAO

Can you even begin to grasp how challenging animation is? Like I'm not even a huge fan of this style of animation but it would've undoubtably taken months to accomplish what was seen in this film.
