Uh, all of you individuals who are attempting to criticize her, dont you understand what the Mayan calendar was signifying at the end of 2012? The Chakras shifted. Mount Shasta is now the Crown Chakra for the next 13,000 years. You all owe her an apology.

I live far away from California, never been there but sometimes I have strong urge to go and live in Shasta. I remember reading that most of the spiritual advanced people in the United States lives in northern California. I can imagine there is a good place for starseeds to Iive.

The people who claim Mount Shasta is the root chakra are basing it on a bogus earth chakra list made up years ago by someone who looked at a map and decided where the chakras should be. However, most New age people, who have no real descernment despite all the talk about it, just ran with it and spread that information as "fact". Bridget is more correct by her claims it's the crown, but there's more to the mountain than even the crown. I will just leave it at that.

I LOVE that area...Mt Shasta and North Cal in general...pine trees, lakes and mountains...so awesome. Was there in 2018 visiting from australia can't wait to be back!

That's funny I went to Mt. Shasta in 2014 as well. I didn't camp, but I hiked and meditated. And then we went to the same hot springs baths in the video. It was sooooo lovely - all of it. I felt comfortable in the sauna, though I wasn't sure I would, but it did feel like the people there were respectful and there for their own healing and connection to spirit.

Wow!!!!! I grew up in Mt. Shasta and the surrounding area's. Reconnection in this portal of a video triggered a rapid download of lifetime's there. I have had same/similar download's, though, this one trumped them in intensity. So many live's, and I teleported around, I flew around there in a sphere that act's like a time and space machine. I used to live across the street from the Zanni's, Dori Zanni being a friend and it's a trip to see the tree's on my old block so grown up!! Also, at Stuart Mineral Spring's I would do traditional Native sweat's with Charlie Thom, a Karuk (interestingly enough I was Chief Sun Cloud of the Karuk long ago). Ok, root not crown. Mistake recognized, I'm sure she got it. Do you guys need to overreact in such an extreme way? You guys are focusing on an insignificant detail in comparison to the rest of this video, and as a result, your missing the important points. You are missing the peaceful and happy vibration emanating from her as she records the video, and the general beauty of Mount Shasta being captured as well, just to name a couple examples. By focusing on what's important in life (like the levels of energy and vibrations discussed in this video), I fully believe this is the subject matter which leads to the most profound wisdom and enlightenment that can be attained in this life. Look at the forest, instead of focusing on the rare imperfect trees.

Bridget, I'm going to be in Mt. Shasta Nov 8th - 12th. How will I know what spots to go and expore, meditate. Can you recommend information on the sacred sites at the mountai. I was told in a channeling of a both a native American woman and a quiet native American Man that this will be powerful spiritual journey for me.

I had a beautiful dream about 11 years ago about Mount Shasta in the dream we were sitting on blankets on a knoll at Mount Shasta at night with many other people also sitting on their blankets and we were all looking at the night sky and suddenly and completely silently a space ship was passing by above us and it had a community just like a US community of houses and it was all lit up like the sun was shining on it.

Me and a friend will be going there to Shasta later on this year. He’s in need of a spiritual journey but me, I just want to go there to explore and feel the energy that lives around the mountain. So I’m wondering if you have any recommendations in terms of how do we go about staying there and making the best of it? We might be there for a week or so and we most likely will be staying in an Airbnb. Any advice besides this will be greatly appreciated ! As always, much love my friend!

Just got back from there and did a 4 hour sacred site tour on the mountain in the snow but it was magical . I got water from the springs too and drank the three days we were there. I had an interesting picture by the tall trees and wondering what you think any way I can send to you?

Can you lead me in the right direction to of where I can have possible contact with the energies that reside. And what side of the mountain or locations do you recommend checking out? Maybe ones that are less popular. It would be great if you could help me out. I am very serious on learning and developing myself further from what goes on there.

I'm currently reading the Telos books by Aurelia Louise Johnson. From what I'm learning about Telos, a Lemurian city underneath Mt. Shasta and the Great Jade Healing Temple in a pyramid within Telos, I would say that Mt. Shasta is most definitely the Crown Chakra of the Earth Mother, Gaia. I have no other "proof" than this, just what my intuition tells me. Telos resonates with the properties of the Crown Chakra rather than those of the Root Chakra. Not an argument, just an observation.

While meditating about a week ago, I got visions of a mountain and heard the word Shasta. At first I thought it was someone’s name, but after searching online, found that it was a place. Anyone know what that may mean??

Bridget, glad you enjoyed your time in the Shasta area. It is beautiful and sacred, especially to the Winneman Wintu tribes. I hope you will remind your followers that there is a huge responsibility to the land when staying up at Panther Meadows. Many do not understand what a delicate ecosystem lives there and it will not thrive with too much foot traffic. There is a camp host who can assist in advancing knowledge on the respectful use of the area. If you get a chance please stop by at the Sisson Museum, our local scholars have provided facts on the last eruption...may very well have been more than 250 yrs ago...it is a great resource. Also FYI I love Stewart too but the new owners have decided to no longer let the Native people hold sweat lodge there. As for our water...all water should be treated as sacred. Our town faces a difficult time. A huge multinational water company, Crystal Geyser...owned by Osaka Pharmaceutical plans to bottle an unlimited amount of water, polluting our air and groundwater. We love visitors and hope they can not only appreciate the energy and beauty but also be good global citizens and be aware that the sacred water is in danger. I think people should try to advance, before they go to special places. I'm not sure their low energy affects these places too much, but look at how humans ruin various areas. Please try to improve yourselves, rather than going to places for improvement. Then we are more likely to preserve the uniqueness of many areas. It's kind of like going to church in a way. You can't go to church once a week, and then treat your fellow human beings terribly the rest of the time. That does not make you good.

It's actually not the town chakra of the earth. It's the Root chakra. Himalayas is the crown chakra. It's the highest point and peaks on earth. So ur at the complete opposite end of the chakra points.
