Beautiful explanation. Once upon time I never had any expectations and I must say looking back my life was flowing freely in many ways. Since than I do not know what has happened, my life through many obstacles in my way. Today I begin a fresh with no expectation. Sometimes we do not realise we we carry on expectation . So I guess being mindful of it we can get rid of all the expectation. Namaste🙏

This is the very best I have heard on karma yet! People don't get ahead exactly because of expectations.… I would like to offer a step further. Have the INTENT , but actively follow through with out the desire or expectations; otherwise, how can one proceed without a reason behind it?

Thanks a lot! There was a mate at work that told me a short story with the same tone and similar voice to Shree and OSHO that I just enjoyed it so much that I couldn't concentrate on what the story was about. Even if Im not retaining the story, it still feels more enjoyable if the story is interesting. I don't know what's wrong with me :P The story was something about a husband and wife putting shells of fruit in two buckets and the husband put pills inOneAnd said "look how generous my wife is".

I think karma is a real thing and it would be so easy otherwise. You have to experience everything you created or caused from other people's perspectives and the Lords of Karma, believe me that are such Lords, are there to play the tapes from Akashic records. Nobody escapes cheap because our spirit is expansive and wants to gain information and have all perspectives. Otherwise would be so nice and dandy and easy and is not meant to be... So let me get this, first we close the source and to do that we do spiritual work and not expect anything in return. Now, we are closing the source to stop the water, then we can drain to release our karma, well how do we avoid knowing that the source will close and the karma will then drain? We already know that the karma will drain, so we expect that in return for being and staying neutral our karma will drain there fore... this is a stale mate situation and totally impossible. You can all now start to slag me off for stating the bloody obvious. X

Kamma cannot be burned away. You can try to burn kamma however you want, but it remains. The Buddha argued this with the Jains. The Jains also used to say it was action that created kamma, and not intent as the Buddha stated. Now, it seems they agree with intent. Though, intent that does not manifest with action is not so powerful. The Jains would try self torture in many ways to burn old kamma, and the Buddha taught them to practice correctly. The Jains worried about all the little bugs that one kills by walking around, but there is no intent to kill bugs when walking from A to B.

Sounds easy? Haha! It actually sounds hard. Is this because I understand? I usually don't expect anything anyway. For example: If I help a hobo on the street, I would give no mention of it to anyone. The enjoyment of seeing the smile on the hobo's face would be enough for me. To apply that concept to everything, though... that sounds challenging. I'm not sure if I'm that pure. Haha!

Karma is created through being exposed to an imperfect world , forgive yourself and others for your IMAGINED transgressions and limitations ,"Karma is being used as weapon to force us to reincarnate". Know that none of us is perfect in physicality but we ARE all perfect in our true spiritual essence . u r correct but acharishri is sharing is knowledge by which at certain stage all will b filtered by his action of sharing knowledge and finally he can attain liberation of soul. Any good teachings without any expatiation will not attain any karmas .

Since 2017 I thought I was going crazy with the guided voices that were showing me the way. I’ve had no one to talk to about this crazy life changing ride I have been on. I am no longer obese, my heart disease has reversed, my diabetes has reversed. No longer afraid of heart attacks happening again. And no one has believed my story was done through healthy lifestyle changes, yoga, meditation, reiki, and sound bowls. I’ve been trying to understand why this process has been going on, how? Why? Am I going crazy all over again? What is the purpose of all this? So many questions I have and no one to answer me as to just what the heck has been going on.... Thank you Swami that was very informative!! If I may humbly add some experience I have had with this process: I have been chanting Sri Lalitha Sahasranama about 3 to 9 times in a day. I have found that it seems to be helping closing up these sources and burning karma all at the same time. Not to mention prompting and soothing the purification process. Who knows someone may read this and use it. Very powerful though to anyone interested in chanting it just google the name of the chant

I'm not the type of person that appreciates things like "spirituality" (not that I know precisely what that word even means). So I find it kind of hard to admit I watch these videos because I'm just watching for the very relaxing voice Shree has. Does anyone know of similar videos where someone with the same tone and accent speaks for 10 minutes? Preferably if they tell a good, relaxing story. That will be very appreciated because it will help me go to sleep quicker and more relieved.

it is really hard to meditate without expectation. Even to try to have no expectation includes expactation... Just be... But even trying to just be includes an expectation... Yes very hard but not impossible. Whenever I could just relax and be, like a child, I found myself in the real meditation... very much thanks for the new video... it is giving very much courage.
