Because you're interested in what he's saying.. Mind will be naturally quiet if you're interested in something, question is, why are you only interested in Sadhguru? What is it you are trying to get from him? And not particulary just you, many people seem to be like this, if you read some comments you can see in these videos people are saying the same thing.

The ring finger has a vein connected to your heart. While the 2nd toe is connected to a girl's private part, which regulates periodic menstruation. It is the vein that does all the connection. The ring finger is the earth element (Uriel), the litlle finger water, the middle finger Aether, the index finger is Air (Rafael), the thumb is Fire.

your middle finger and thumb switch, middle is fire and thumb is ether. Generally putting a ring on the thumb is not good as ether is too powerful an element for most people to control, especially without any sadhana

I've seen SG, rubbing his ring finger several times. At times, I did imitate it too. Was listening to video, assuming that I could learn the science behind it. Due to time constraints he wasn't able to explain it. Now I'm more curious about this particular topic. I'll have to research on it...
