Yes,a weller influence,but stop there,,these boys have their own unique sound and look,Billy Sullivans angry lyrics and stage presence is totally fucking awesome,the best band of this type to come out in years,keep up the good work,you are going to nail it,,
and that is what makes music great--"IN MY OPINION"-- without that we would be one fucking boring observers of life. IMO---SO in my opinion I simply like what they are doing here. And if I get some PW. flashbacks so be it. I remember reading same. ol ' reviews of PW when journals wrote about him and compared PW to PETE TOWNSHEND GOD FORBID PW ever do a windmill with his RICKENBACKER. so... the cycle continues to revolve. This band just get better and better , lyrically and dressed sharp with a sound that is their own. Dig that organ man! Cannot wait for the album later this year. Sweet!
***** You have a point there, but I think its personal opinion as to whether these guys are imitating Weller. I personally don't think that they are purely copying him, but you are free to have your own opinion.
