Aaron.....I've been a Course student for about 15 years. A few years ago I was becoming almost despondent about how I had seemingly plateaued in my spiritual growth. I decided to focus on my physical health and made huge positive changes to my diet. No sugar, no carbs, no grains, organic foods etc. The results were amazing. I lost 60 lbs and became incredibly vibrant and enthusiastic. I returned to ACIM and found my heart full of love and gratitude. Meditations are becoming deeper and more fulfilling. By getting healthy and not having the ego whispering in my ear all day about those "chronic disease health issues" it has been incredibly beneficial to my personal spiritual growth. I thought it was antithetical to concern myself with my health but instead it has been liberating. I applaud you on partnering with Organifi and for helping to validate my reasons for eliminating an unhealthy body as an impediment to spirituality. I don't try to spiritualize my healthy choices, I just know for me, poor health was a distraction. Thanks for this video....it was fantastic and helpful.

I also made the mistake of developing far spiritualing without a strong foundation. Later realizing you can't really conquear the bodies weaknesses alone through spiritual practice. This is a big mistake found in many tradtions including Buddhism. It is amazing how good you can really feel simply through not having drugs, junk food, and maintaining a regular fitness program.
@@Dma118 yes the placebo effect / mind over matter can be literally miraculous. And this phenomenon gets very little acknowledgement, understanding and attention. It seems almost magical when you experience this phenomenon but it can work for the negative (non-cebo) just as much for good. I've thought for a long time that this is another important topic that we should have been taught in school as well as technique's or practice to master it for our benefit. I think this is what the parable talking about the faith the size of a mustard seed moving mountains was about.

OMG. Thank you. When I woke up this morning, I saw a video on self worth...saying you are worthy. But later in the morning I was feeling sorry for myself and concluded I was just not worthy of Gods love because a prayer was not answered...or the answer was No. But in the middle of my bucket of pity tears I looked at the time and it was 11:11. Then right on queue I come across this video. Now I realize where this unworthiness is coming from...I am holding myself to a higher standard than I am currently at. But my first message of the day was that I am worthy. Thank you. Today I learned a lesson about self worth....still learning. ;)

Being truthful to myself I would say that I’m at the empowerment level. But I feel like I had a spiritual awakening. And in that time I feel like I got a glimpse what it’s like to be at the awakening level. Because I had that bliss and was able to see all of the beauty around. I had this immense love for everyone. I still like a part of it is still there but then I still have some of those old tendencies. I’ve also come to the realization that I was at the primal levels early in life and it’s great to know that I’m progressing. So to me knowing where I stand I know that it will take some work but it’s a bright future ahead. Thank you for this video it was truly illuminating.

The SQ level Aaron mentioned related to the heart chakra sounds difficult to achieve, but that's actually in line with the Law of One if I understand it correctly where green-ray (heart chakra) activation basically means fourth density. Humanity is still in third density.

This is incredible. The steps for the integration of the 76-100 "I Am The Mind" level resonate very strongly with me. Over the past few months I’ve learned about "Shadow Work" and have been making great progress by becoming aware/acknowledging/accepting my shadows, instead of just trying to ignore them. The shadows just sort of disappear when you finally shine the light of love/awareness on them! I’ve really been evaluating my limiting beliefs and becoming conscious of what beliefs I hold/whether or not they serve me. This process has been very liberating - each limiting belief that I become aware of and integrate feels like a weight being lifted! Finally, I have a strong desire to experience love. My love/compassion for the world and the people/beings around me definitely increased. One area I’ve had trouble with for much of my life has been love of self, as I can see that I have tendency towards martyrdom. I think that balancing this area and understanding how to love myself as much as I love others (or just understanding that all is one, so loving myself and loving others is really the same thing) is one of my final steps in this level. So exciting to see what’s coming on the rest of the journey! :)

I'm rewatching the video again and I think I'm understanding the answer to this now maybe lol if/since we are aware of the fact that our minds/ego goes to certain judgements/in and out of these levels then maybe that's just apart of the fine tuning because once we are aware we cannot unknow where our consciousness is/evolving too but by us consciousnessly trying to transcend these ways of functioning/expressing then we are just following our path we have too because it needs to be incremental so we have to have situations come up then let our awareness try to see through the illusion in the moment and it's step by step.. I don't kno if that makes sense to others lol it makes sense in my brain but I might not have explained the best 🤷♀️ who knows
My understanding is that yes: when there are shadow aspects of you that you cannot or will not recognize, those elements will force you to fluctuate into lower states of consciousness. I also think that this applies to different aspects of your life. For instance, you may be able to embody higher states of consciousness when, for example, meditating, but when dealing with people and relationships, you will be in another state of consciousness. I'm not exactly sure how this happens yet, but I think it has to do with awareness and spiritual understandings at that particular level. For example you may not be able to have a higher state of consciousness when dealing with people because you have shadows that force you down, and because you may not have developed enough spiritual insight for that particular aspect. I could be wrong about this, But I'm probably not. I've seen this with my own experience and observations, perhaps you have as well.

thank you Aaron, I think this is one of the most clarifying perspectives on the topic.. and it really feels like whichever stage anyone is at, they would easily identify it, and also embrace it, because they chose it in a way (it's the individual experience on the path to awareness).. it feels like we only move to another stage when we "outgrow" the one we are in.. once we've fully experienced a stage, we feel there is something more to it, and start seeking it.. at least that is my perception from the stage of the mind, feeling for the last years that there is more to it than what i can perceive at this stage.. that i am more than my thoughts.. and slowly moving towards the heart, the experiencing of "i am everything", after only perceiving it at a "thought level" for some time.. I came across a book about 15 years ago, and I felt the truth in it on a thought level, and a vibration on (not sure which) level, but without yet being ready to experience it.. the book is "conversations with god" by donald walsh, i am curious if you ever heard of it, watching your videos i realized it is the same concept (not sure it's the right word) as what the law of one and a course in miracles touches as well, a slightly different form, but also a chanelling from a higher consciousness, which is why it resonated with me from back then on a level i could not explain.. only i was not ready to experience it yet. i do have one question though i am not even sure it's relevant at this point in my path, but it has to do with the densities in the law of one and how they are related to the stages in this video.. but somehow i feel that any answer i find when just moving slowly into "awakening" is not something that is relevant on my path right now.. just like 20 years ago i felt that knowing if there is a god or not would not change in any way my current "reality", so it's an answer that was not even worth seeking for my understanding then. i just ordered the ACIM book now :) and i have many videos still to watch! so thank you for all the time you have dedicated to sharing these perspectives and awareness in a form that resonates so naturally..

Then you explained stage 1-4 (from insanity to awakening) it sounded exactly like the journey i have been on the last 11 years of my life. I somewhat see myself in the 5th stage but believe that i am not fully there yet.
I am Awakening (101-125), and teeter totter on the edge of the Illumination state. I know I'm not there just yet but am on the brink of it, I can feel it, as many of the positives now come natural to me. Has taken almost 20 years to get to this point, but continued self awareness and upleveling my spiritual practice will get me there. Thank you for sharing this, Aaron, and breaking it down this way. To conceptualize growth as a singular linear developmental process, represented at any point by one’s “SQ score” somewhere between 1-200, seems overly simplistic and reductionistic. We are complex, multi-faceted, multi-dimensional beings simultaneously experiencing several different energetic “lessons” at any given point in our lives. Thus, it feels more accurate to conceptualize growth as happening within several chakras simultaneously, without needing to master one before moving on to “the next.” At least, that’s how it feels for me; at this point in my life, I actually feel like I have greater mastery of the 3rd and 4th chakra than I do of the 1st and 2nd. I defer to Aaron with regard to the Law of One material, as he has a studied understanding of it that I do not, but this model of spiritual growth doesn’t seem realistic to me.
Kind of nice watching this. I realized I really like my humanity. I feel I am somewhere between the 3rd and 4th and I am good there. I don’t wish to keep moving up anytime soon. I actually enjoy the contrast and living as a human being with a spiritual center. I kept thinking it would be nice to reach higher levels, but no…I’ll hang out where I am for a while. It’s a lot more fun to me.💙

this is a deeply helpful video and set of visualizations. thank you!!!! I found it helpful to estimate where I’m at based on the integrations I’m working on most of the time. I also find myself addressing ever more subtle integrations from the previous states while dipping my feet into what’s to come. So, just want to say the oscillation between states and not having a perfect fit is okay!! you’re on your own unique journey through it all, trust that you’re always exactly where you are meant to be.

I have reached the Mastery level. I realize that I must spend more time in meditation to pierce the veil more. I already have the super strong desire to teach. My Life path is 33 in Numerology. So I know I came here to do just that. But my Ascension has been VERY fast. On Dr. Hawkins chart I went from the shame and guilt 20/30 all the way to 850 which on my chart is Divine Grace and Love.
Thank you for this. I already had an idea about where I would fall on the chart, and after seeing it, I see it describes me very well. I especially thank you for giving tips on how to work your way to the next level. These are things I definitely need to work on and they are definitely not easy! But it is also an enormous help to have specific goals to work towards.

Haha, I deeply thank you for this very useful tool Aaron, it has helped in gaining an introspective look/realization at/of the use of letting go of all attachment to outcome and the (ego's) wish to "I can take any pain in the end if it helps others" when really the negativity is just fated to occur in their lives as catalyst opportunity. And help may only be given if free will wishes are expressed as people come to you "by destiny", shall we say. Also, perhaps this will be of help to someone as another realization felt in relation to this video, conscious behavior at all times seems to be something that is not controlled, but, which comes as a result of contemplation, meditation, and general shifting focus in living life. You cannot gain peace trough defense (or offense especially), only trough acceptance.

Numbers are the language of the universe!!!! You can learn so much from numbers especially sequential numbers/angel numbers. Also Nicolai tesler explained that , 3, 6 & 9 are the numbers of the universe. Also every thing is on a frequency and vibration which yet again is numbers. I prefer them over letters and languages that’s for sure as you can’t get mixed up with numbers as they are the same in the whole world. X
