In this episode of the 2012 Stanley Cup Moments, presented by McDonalds, watch the LA Kings celebrate the moment they first lifted the most iconic trophy in sports, the Stanley Cup.
I was there game 6 and seeing the Stanley cup hoisting up in front of me the greatest thing ever in my life and I cried like a baby when I see the Stanley cup hoisting up over and over again and Coach u deserve the Stanley cup everyone in the Los Angeles finally a dream come true for u guys and u guys deserve it it's your.
Love my kings the greatest underdog story 8th seed. This organization has been a underdog for 45 years and never gave up and always gave us miracles from manchester to fig and now the best miracle raising the cup as a 8th seed. Grats everyone from a long time kings fan thx bob and luc and everyone from players to everyone involved in the organization.
Every time I see this cup celebration I cry, like a damn baby. Having been a Kings fan my whole life (40+ yrs), to finally see this is beyond words. Thanks KingsVision for this amazing series of videos.
I refuse to wash my Game 6 rally towel or the jersey I wore. All the heartbreak and frustration washed away that night. No tears that night only joy, but tears now. What a long, strange, trip it's been.
I remember for me, the moment I cried was when Brownie lifted that thing over his head. It was like time stood still for me. Over 30 years of doubt and frustration gone in a single moment. Man it was sweet.
Im from sweden and i was watching this live in 5in the morning, i had been awake for a long time and i was sleep deprived... I remember jumping up and down and waking the entire building. and it was all worth it!
Bob said when he got his star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame that he didn't retire because he feared that the Kings would win the Cup only after he did, I'm (and millions of loyal Kings fans like myself across this great Kings Nation) glad that he is STILL here calling Kings games well after we won it. I have been a Kings fan since 1975 (when I was 9 years old) and waited 37 YEARS for this moment, I have the Kings book/DVD and watch it religiously with Bob and Jim.instead of NBC's lame coverage.
Jonny Quick wanting to rock paper scissors Doughts was pretty amusing I gotta be honest though.. this episode didnt hit me as hard as some of the other ones have.. Still loving this series
