It’s absolutely staggering how little self awareness or self preservation this man has. I mean it makes perfect sense based on the psych eval but I guess I just forgot how unbearably relentless he is about even the most meaningless bullshit. It’s so wild that Kim is this old, has done what he’s done and somehow is still treated with kid gloves just because he’s the most exhausting person anyone has ever met.
Blandino keeps on talking, and arguing with the judge. Is he trying to prove he's 'smarter' than his lawyer, or the courts ? He NEEDS severe jail time . .
AND attach his salary for life to remimburse every single penny of taxpayer money he has wasted. Money that could go to housing, food banks, repairing bridges, paying teachers, providing emergency services. Every clerk's time, every piece of paper, every bailiff, every staple, paperclip and diskettte. Plus compensation for the burden the time spent on this causes for people with real issues. Frivilous use of court time is a huge problem, and lawyers are going to be the last ones to solve it.
@@abv250 he does not have a salary as he has no job and he leeched off that old lady in a very questionable relationship. this is all he has as few people would want to spend time with him and being in his 60s, he will remain an asshole until he dies.
Jeremy Dewitte wanted to be a cop more than anything else in the world. Kim Blandino wants to be an attorney more than anything. It's sad. Borderline pathetic. Obsessions can be very very dangerous.
As a now retired professional counselor, you are dead on that obsessions are dangerous. I have followed this case a long time and Kim is his worst enemy. And I think he knows it.
This hearing shows how fair and reasonable Mr Dickerson is. Even after all of Blandini's antics, Mr Dickerson offers a sweet plea deal of guilty to 2 misdemeanors and drop the felony. My guess is that Blandini takes the case to trial as he has nothing better to do with his time and he figures that he will get the same deferential and kid glove treatment he got from Judge Leavitt.
I can't stand Judge Leavitt. I used to really like her, thought she had a good head on her shoulders... yntil she watcjed him- no, ALLOWED him to make a mocjery of the court for over a YEAR!!! And after the evidence and seeing hiow he doesn't care about orders or the law, she gave him NO hailtime. Then, he comes back as we all knew he would on parole violations and STILL she lets him go!!! She should be given early retirement by the people who voted her in.
Exactly! He used to be entertaining but after watching so much of this charade and seeing him "get away with murder" I can't watch anymore in the hopes that he'll get his comeuppance. As past history has shown, he'll get another slap on the hand.
It is a motion filed by the defendant instead of his attorney. They are immediately stricken because only your attorney can file unless you represent yourself. Kim filed so many stupid motions himself they took his right of self representation away so now anything he files is “fugitive”. Ironically it protects the defendant because usually fugitive filings hurt defendants by confessing or otherwise giving information to the prosecution that hurt the defendant. So striking them makes it so the prosecution can use them against the defense
If I recall correctly. A fugitive document is one filed in such a way that it doesn't count. Usually a person filing a document when they aren't supposed to because they have a lawyer.
Why was Kimmie even allowed to open his mouth? I used to be glued to watching his shenanigans and now I can barely stand hearing his voice. He is loving every minute of this charade. BTW, Mike Dickerson, I don't like your beard. Carry on..........
Because he DESPERATELY wants to be in court. That’s the real reason why. His goal is to stretch the process out because in the courtroom he feels smart and important.
he is a short fat combover, he is aggressive and mean, and he is a convicted felon, do you think he has many friends? would you date him? this is the place where he can act out his fantasies in front of an audience and receive very little punishment. he has failed at everything he has ever done and now in his 60s lives in the spare room of an old woman.
I love the fact that Kim turned down the states offer to drop the felony charge bc it means the felony charge is still on the table and we’ll get to see Kim push his luck all the way back to jail.
this is Blandildo's big moment and he intends to drag it out as long as he can even if it means he will be in prison, but he likes it there cos he can pretend to be a lawyer all day.
There are some defendants that cry out for Judge Marquis. She really does have such an uncanny ability to emotionally manage volatile (or potentially volatile) litigants, she understands the attorney point of view but isn't overly deferential to them, she has excellent insight into human behavior (and even if her initial instincts fail her, she's able to course-correct), she stays focused on the litigation having a lasting outcome, she's kind and gives the benefit of the doubt, but at the end of the day, she _will not put up with shenanigans._
@@aliknill oh yes, it was horrible from a criminal perspective. And it wad at an entirely more intense level because Brooks was/is such a evil person. However, their degree of SovCit delusions are essentially the same.
After seeing Blahblahblahdino on trial, I'm PISSED that Judge DORKom in the brooks trial didn't take a page from Levitt and say "Oh, I'm revoking your right to represent yourself in court. An attorney will be appointed, and you will be put in jail pending the outcome, GOOD BYE!" and then we would never hear from him again. But now, she wants to be nice to a POS POC and let that n***a make a mockery of the courts. FUCK HIM AND FUCK BLANDINO!
Sorry you are wrong Nate probation is custody and punishment. The definition is restraint not generally shared by the public. Even an or release pending trial is in custody.
I'm just hearing about Blandino. I've missed so much. Does anyone know what year his cases started or what initially started his cases? Thanks so much!
How do I sum it up... Blandino is a kind of religious sovcit nutjob. He got into trouble because he pretended to work for the government and threatened a judge. (He had been making BS complaints against judges, asking for them to be disbarred etc, for years.) He was given a suspended sentence (which disappointed many as too low) but then got in trouble again when he was caught driving with a fake 'licence' that he made up himself at home - an 'Israelite' driving licence.
and he is trump fan so surely doesn't believe in publicly funded welfare. but of course he is as hypocritical about that as he is about everything. get a job blandildo.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Evie and I had the best turkey dinner ever thanks to the skills my late father gave me. Brine soaked turkey for 2 days (came out perfect), best gravy I ever made. Evil is marching on yet good is still battling back.. Jesus could come back any time now. To all those in other parts of the world where there thanksgiving is just that they are still alive and there buildings are in tact happy thankgiving to you. Remember "If you are not having fun you are not doing it right and if you are not doing right you are not having fun" God Bless all.
Hi Kim! Your friend Tom and I had car trouble one night awhile back near your house and we stopped by and talked with you awhile. You printed out copies of some photos I loved (which I still have of course!) I just wanted to say hi and I hope you guys are doing great!
