In true Hallease fashion, I plan to continue to do the most in 2024 and bring y’all along for the ride. The theme for the year is “Creativity Must Persist” and I will implement said theme across 4 projects. Yes, I am a virgo.
The first is developing one of many short stories by How Does This End into a graphic novel. SIDE QUEST: Listen to his podcast! I’m working with ‪@EdgarLushaju‬ to develop a proof of concept scene from my adapted script.
The second, a vertical horror comedy series. I know, it’s a genre you’ve never seen me do anything in - and that’s what makes it exciting!
The third, more content on here that’s helping you along in your creative career. I’ll continue to give you tangible takeaways. I’m dusting off my newsletter so I can send you stuff. Join it, or don’t. We’re cool either way.
Finally, I’m building out an Intro To Adobe Premiere Pro for people on The Internet type course situation. It’s a revamp of the first-ever class I did in 2020, and it’s LONG overdue but it’s finna be a while for that so we’ll ✨circle back✨ on this one at the next board meeting.
Also, Ojalá is Español for “hopefully.” I’ve been continuing to learn the language for most of this year and throw words in willy nilly 😅
