Idk if you saw one of the engravings where they mention how the army kills people, steals their possessions and their wives... All under Boethius' instruction. He (? Maybe not just him if you finished the world quest) was the real barbarian, not Fontanians
@@solarpanda3401in reality its all fault of phobos he altered the fate/fortuna of the remurians to put them in endless war because in her vision war carnage and blood are also desire that the mortals wants as cassiodor said someone like boethius would never had gone against remus unless it was the symphony itself to suggest it
@@massimilianoreali4398 I was trying not to say anything to avoid spoiling anyone who didn't do the quest (which is why I put the?). But yeah that goes both ways tho, Phobos mentioned how the people who where influenced by the symphony influenced it in turn...for all we know the remurians were thinking of doing all these evil things and it influenced her. They also mention Sybillia (before she became Phobos) was a non-combatant. Edit: it could have even been a case of a few people being bad and it 'poisoned' the whole lot. Maybe Boethius was that bad egg or maybe not. If you remember Alhaitham's story quest with the Hive mind experiment it went the exact same route. It only took one person to seed doubt into the rest and collapse the system. And Cassiodor and Este mentioned how they could not hear Phobos clearly in the last moments before the Fall of Remuria.
@@melonsapphire one of the areas that locked up Scylla. Idk if it was the one Este was in or not because there's a second part to it. But definitely one of those caves that had the locking mechanisms
Anybody else who spends a lot of time listening to music, I'd like to hear theories for what you believe inspired the sound team here. Considering the lore and the vibe of the strings, I'd say this is born from part of the Devil's Trill. Bloody marvelous. Just the strangest thing was when I did the world quest Remuria felt strangely quiet? I didn't have my volume that low I think, maybe most of it keeps somber? It's pretty spooky when a place feels so dead quiet except for the devil on the strings and for prayers over the dead.
@@CeruleanMuun I don't think it's just the begining. Your suggestion, if I were to personify it, is like a grand father or cousin in a photo comparison. The feelings, I guess the tone? That's way off, these two want to cause different feelings for certain. But I think the notes may be close? Great find, and good for the personsl collection, too.
