Do the priests of the 5 churches who are permanently or semi-permanently assigned to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher ever share an ordinary meal or socialize with priests from the other churches? Or is each group (sadly) like a planet around the sun, each staying in its own orbit with only a mild, unseen (gravitational) interaction with each other?
If Jesus was there He would pickup a whip and teach them a lesson. The whole thing become what Jesus said; a whitewash tumulus with putrefaction inside, meaning is all beautiful vests and rituals but rotten behavior. It is a shame that a Muslim that imposed on them the good behavior, had more respect for Jesus and the place, than the bunch of them put together. They should have one procession with all and the language should be Aramaic, the language that Jesus spoke. What a shame.
