This overpowered Frieza Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 build uses Super Armour, Max Ki with Meditation, and 2 very overpowered Ki Ultimate attacks. Those 2 overpowered Ki ultimate attacks are Final Shine Attack which we see Vegeta use in Dragon Ball GT and belongs to Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and Break Cannon which we see Nappa use in early Dragon Ball Z.
