The steering stick is not in botw and there is no totk link in smash

It's literally just link jumping out of the steering stick and using bullet time to shoot a single arrow at you. Instant knock out at 0% damage

Just use a wing on a shield, it makes your shield surf jump much higher

Alternatively, you can hold any rock laying around over your head then use Ascend on it while holding it and you'll be atop the rock, floating in mid-air. Then Jump off and use bullet time.

You can also Ascend straight through their bodies, instead of trying to climb them 😂 Especially useful if they have those platforms on top of them, which can make it harder to climb to the right place

Botw way is getting too close and climbing behind its back, it tries to follow you but can't hit.

Try fusing 2 treasure chests together. The lynel will just roar at it while you chop away at him.

Or go to the right foot in the depths head upstairs and fuse 2 or four hooks together. Lynels can’t break those either. It keeps them in the roaring animation.

the arena with majora's mask has high enough walls to stick a zonai build to the wall above the roar's radius and 5 lynels

You can just shoot an arrow on the ground. No need to waste fancy materials.

I use arrows or throw the brightblooms since you will always have hundreds of them.

the hands can't grab you when you arein the steering stick, and from my experience you fall MUCH faster in bullet time with a wing shield

steering sticks are far more common. those gacha machines keep giving them to me over literally anything else even though you will NEVER build a device that has more than one of those.

The point isn't bullet time, when he's on the steering stick he can't be attacked

@@bigtone7824 He can't be attacked by the gloomspawn. Everything else could still hit him just fine. There's a reason he blocked the talus shots and attacked so quickly with the others. The molduga straight ate his sticks and would've done it while he was on it if he'd been silly enough to actually stand on them for that segment.

I don't think it will be fixed since it isn't really a bug

@@tacotuttle if it can't be technically considered a bug, it is at least an opening for abuse, so it will be fixed just wait. I learned a new one in the depths the other day. If you attack the Lynel that is close to one of the zonai circles that has the shelves with zonai devices, you can attack the lynel from there and he won't be able to enter the zonai circle... so you can abuse that a lot and just dodge when he is firing arrows at you. Why can't the lynel do something as simple as enter the circle? These things are certainly a big problem in the game, When you abuse these behaviors the game becomes much less entertaining.

also, if you aren't willing to fight a lynel, the forest dweller's bow is great since it's easy to get (as long as you can get to korok forest) and it shoots 3 arrows. I used it to kill my first lynel. 3x gibdo bone headshots are op
