In my opinion this is the best Stingers song. It has been my favorite Stingers song since Jem originally aired. This song explains what the Stingers are about and what they are after.
You know the writers were thinking of putting in like a groupie character for The Stingers. She would have been like Clash, I saw her on The Jem Wiki and her name is Gwendolyn 'Graphix' Snyder, she's a snobby rich graphic designer. I think she would have been a great addition, especially since she and Rapture were going to be playing tricks on The Misfits and Jem and The Holograms.
You never know, Graphix could show up in the IDW comic at some point now that the Stingers are there. The writer did run with Christy Marx's idea of Jetta being black, so they might just incorporate more ideas she never got to see play out in the original show.
Great song, such an irresistible rythm. Excellent animation, and the choreography is quite visionary. Those Mason one-eyed pyramids! Also love how the video ends with the Stingers in the classic "ta-dah" pose.
Dear god I miss them and the holograms so much T^T The stingers were my favorite band out of the misfits and jem and the holograms I watched it when I was about 7 and am currently 13 and would rewatch all of it like 4 times a day and I dont know where I can watch it again but I miss it and want to watch it again ;-;
This is not one of the best Stingers' songs but it is moderately good, the lyrics are good but a bit too frightening , but the music is catchy and Gordon Grody's voice is appropriated . In fact , we see the Stingers' bad side and it seems to me they are more frightening than the Misfits .(even if in the series they committed less crimes than the Misfits). It seems to me the Misfits or the Holograms would have been less credible in this kind of song.

No, the Misifits commited WORSE crimes than the Stingers, some examples: (1)"Old Meets New" episode: Unlicensed Operation of a Wrecking Ball & Near Negligent Manslaughter: Pizzazz of The Misfits grows impatient with Eric’s progress and takes control of the wrecking ball like a mad woman and attempted negligent manslaughter. (2) " Colliding Stars" episode: Intent for Grievous Bodily Harm: Roxy of The Misfits and Misfit-wannabe Clash double team the explosives technician and fiddle around with the console causing the charges to detonate early on Kimber. (3) "Hot Time in Hawaii" episode: Kidnapping & Near Involuntary Manslaughter: Zipper was ordered by The Misfits to do the dirty deed. Removing Kimber from the field, Zipper leaves her tied up and gagged in an active volcano - and on the weakest rock ledge imaginable hanging over a raging river of lava. (4) "Battle of the Bands" episode: Child Abduction, Child Endangerment & Near Involuntary Manslaughter: Roxy and Pizzazz take it upon themselves to hide away Ashley, but rather than just toss her in a broom closet, they decide the best place to keep an uncooperative abductee is in an airtight trunk with no means of getting oxygen. (5) "Intrigue at the Indy 500" episode: Attempted Vehicular Homicide: Taking matters into her own hands, Pizzazz hits the track and immediately proceeds to run Jem off the road. And there is SO much more to say about the Misfits' crimes, but I don't have the time to do it...
Good song. But let’s be honest,this was the scummiest the stingers had bee. As characters they frustrated me because they let success turn them into jerks.
