+iChase we’re stoked that you’ve come along for the journey and thanks for sharing our stuff and being such a great promoter of our videos. It means a lot!
I always love these styles of videos. Watching people just get out there with nature is really an amazing way to kick start any day of mine. I look forward to checking out the rest of your guys videos!
Thanks +Run Free Parkour, you're just reminded me I need to get back into Parkour. Jenna took me to a parkour gym for my 30th birthday to learn some stuff but we haven't done any since. Need to get back at it!
Nice! You guys plan on repeating any of the great walks like Milford outside winter? Having done parts on a few of them I would love to complete a couple one day. Which walks would you rate as your top 3 favs?
+mattmaca we would like to do Milford again in clearer conditions but we likely won't as there are too many other non great walks on our list to do. Top 3 favourites are Routeburn, Milford and Tongariro (although Kepler is a close 4th place)
Hey +BjortPotter98, thanks for the sub! Iceland is very high on our list. Hope to make it there in the next couple of years (and you can bet there will be a bunch of videos).
Thanks for the reply! When the day comes I hope you'll have a great time here on our little island. If you want to experience the Icelandic countryside, maybe ride Icelandic horses and pet Icelandic cows, you're welcome to visit Iceland's most beautiful valley, Svarfaðardalur. I would be happy to give you a tour! Cheers, Katla katla98@outlook.com
Just wondering, it´s this stuff very expensive to do? Planing on going to New Zeeland and what budget should I have? Thanks! Awesome video with good shoots!
Hi +david stolt, some stuff is free (like hiking, sandboarding, rere rockslide) while other stuff is expensive (bungy jumping, canyoning). We have a ton of information on our website about stuff to do in New Zealand. Your budget can be small if you focus on free stuff or has to be big if you want to do the expensive stuff. Sometimes the best trips involve a lot of free stuff and a couple big ticket items. Here’s a list we made of the top 20 free things in New Zealand: www.stokedforsaturday.com/2014/01/top-20-free-activites-in-new-zealand/
Thanks +Luis Noriega, I was in Peru in 2007. Went to the amazon, machu picchu + lares trek, lake titicaca, punta hermosa and down the coast to Ica. Jenna hasn't been though and I'd like to go back and see more. I regret not surfing at Chicama!!!! And when we come back I'll make videos this time ;P
+Stoked for Saturday Really? Great !!!!! Will be awesome if both of you come again. I highly recomend you Huayhuash Trek - Santa Cruz Trek or Colca Canyon ! and if you guys wanna do Mountaineering try Pisco Mt in Cordillera Blanca (Huaraz) the view from the top is from another planet hehe ! Maybe we can meet and do some trekkings here in Lima too, i know a lot of not commercial but amazing routes :) !!! Take care Guys !!
+OXS Enterprises haha well he have starting snapchating a bit which is a little like vlogging. I think we'll also start posting some videos that have a little more narrative/vlog elements in them to mix it up a bit.
Carter is cool, the whole crew if very nice. Devin even made a BTS video featuring mostly Jenna and me: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yIIala9RhE0.html
I have been following you guys for a while but I never had the courage to leave a comment and say hi...I really love what you guys are doing! It is absolutely inspiring! I also live in New Zealand and didn't realise how many amazing places there were around here until watching your videos. Thanks so much for sharing them and I hope I will explore more of those places and produce more videos as well. If you have got the time I would love it if you guys checked out our channel and gave some feedback. I would be grateful. Thanks for your time and hope to see you guys one day!
+Seung-woo Hong (SuggiesSpace) thanks for commenting and I'm glad our vids help give you some ideas. I'll pop over and check out some videos on your channel (will leave comments there)
***** Thank you so much for getting back to me and watching my videos! It means a lot! I look forward to seeing more of your exciting adventures and hope to see you someday around NZ
You guys probably don't even realize how much your Videos Affect people in their everyday Lives. For instance , as pathetic as this will likely sound , I almost live my .." Adventurous Wish List "..... vicariously through your Incredible Videos.!! Jordan and Jenna , you two have shown the World that if you WANT something Bad enough , and plan , organize and ( probably SAVE $$ ) .....that there is NOTHING that can Stop a Dreamer , or in your case , Dreamers !! Unfortunately , some of the .." News "...given to me from ( in my opinion...... WAY to DAM many Doctors ) has been ........ " less than Inspiring "..lol. But I DID want to get this in . Your Videos , at least in my opinion , have been able to do the impossible for me. Because of STOKED , I've been able to Climb the most Awe Inspiring Mountains that this Beautiful Planet has to offer , I've Jet Skied in a .." Shark Look-a-Like " machine and bobbed and weaved like that of a young Dolphin learning its Abilities. Because of you guys , I've Water Boarded down an All Natural Water Slide , Windsurfed on an open Plain with the Coolest Looking wheeled Wind craft that I've ever seen. I've taken Leaps of Faith off Gorgeous Cliffs ..... or Bounced Down Huge Breathtaking Hillsides in an Airball that is both protecting and exhilarating at the same time.!! But I'd have to say it has been your Many Long Hikes in areas of New Zealand that I have TREASURED the Most.!! New Zealand is a place on this Earth ....that almost Revels in it's own unique Beauty and STILL tries to Hide itself from becoming Over Populated like other Destinations. But the Shear skill of your camera work and Editing of ALL your Amazing Hikes , has Not only beautifully captured the FEEL of these Breathtaking surroundings , but more importantly ( at least for me ) , your work has enabled people to BE THERE , with you , Experiencing these walks as if we're Right There ...... Soaking Up Every Little Glorious Detail.!!! So for all that Jordan and Jenna , I personally wanted to say THANK YOU for ALL the hard work put into these Videos. Cheers and much love..!!😇
Thanks +Trevor Stuart, that message meant a lot (we read it like 3 times). I'm glad the videos allow you to feel as if you are there, we do try and capture them in a way that tells the story of the destination and makes it very "experiential" . It's because of comments like yours that Jenna and I stay so encouraged to keep producing videos on a regular basis so thank you for watching and enjoying them, it helps reinforce that we're not just making these videos for our own memories but that other people are getting something important out of them as well. If there's one thing we've learned from the move to NZ it's that up until we moved here really didn't appreciate all the great things that were in our backyard in Canada. I've talking to many Kiwis that also take for granted all the great things in NZ. I imagine this applies to pretty much any person living in the country they grew up in so if there's anything to learn from this big adventure it's that all that really matters is having the discipline but push yourself out there an explore, or do something when you have the opportunity. I'm not going to lie, it is a bit exhausting but I've never regretted any of it. It's almost 11pm now and we're getting up at 5am to go hike a mountain. It would be much easier to sleep in but I know once start climbing that mountain won't care at all about how painful it was to wake up. :) Thanks again for the amazing feedback and we hope to produce many more videos for you to enjoy as much as we enjoy them.
hey Jordan and Jenna im maybe a little late but i saw u guys on People are awesome haha! here is the video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hXr_R9wLU-E.html Greetings from Belguim!
