The fact my normal raid group accidentally one phased rhulk and floor skipped caretaker with this linear was the moment I realized it was insane. If they make more linears like this then I might be taking off the ghorn. But for now I think I will be running ghorn for everything but raids.

@@Ven0m196 Its insane. I mean my normal raid group is pretty decent at this game but were not insane. We didn't place in the top 10 of day 1 or even top 700 for that matter but still the fact a group of slightly above casuals can accidentally one phase is insane and I love it.

Was grinding the boss for about 3 hours yesterday. Got 2 really good rolls one with clown frenzy and clown firing line. One for raids and etc and clown frenzy for solo stuff.

Bro, I been grind this. All armor drops or opulence weapons (don't know why they thought that was a good idea, but okay) for last boss. One time it was double boots.....DOUBLE. BOOTS.

@@thegamingfiend5443 It already got nerfed/fixed as you can't charge the next burst before the current one finishes anymore. Now the stormchaser has much higher burst damage, sligthly higher sustained dps and much lower total damage compared to other top tier LFRs. I'd say it's pretty balanced now but still very strong and unique.

I did the duality Dungeon solo first and didnt even paid too much attention to the loot because I was kind of on a Destiny burnout.. now Im getting back and watching videos to see if theres anything worth grinding and just found out the one weapon i got was a god roll stormchaser with clown and firing line. Now Im all over destiny again lol

I know Firing Line is more damage, but I seriously think Clown/Frenzy is the better roll overall. 15% for all damage, not just precision, plus the reload bump to compensate for Rapid Hit not being there makes it just the best option IMO.

First one I got I was unimpressed. I've gotten maybe half a dozen of them (4?) after farming the boss the last couple of days. So maybe I have a better roll on one of them. Your video sure shows some serious DPS! Everyone is saying it's nuts, so of course it'll be nerfed but in the meantime let's GO!

I think this is a cool weapon concept but divinity just makes hitting crits so easy on every single boss that it makes every other linear useless now. It’s a hella fun gun though😼

Vorpal is 20% with primary ammo. 15% with special ammo, and 10% with heavy ammo. The only time it will be doing more is in pvp where different levels of super damage resistance take more damage from vorpal.

@@chipsawdust5816 I failed the GM quite a few times using rockets. I switched to Tarantula (arc linear fusion) and did it easily. The difference between this linear and Tarantula is heaven and earth, Tarantula is no where near as good, so this thing would shred Lightblade. Might get a nerf by then though lol

Unless they fix it, someone running solar can make the team radiant, combine that with font and HEF/Emp rift, get a debuff in the mix, shit goes hard. Add firing line and in total it stacks to a 192.5% damage increase. Bait and Switch cataclysmic can get to 219% increase. It gets even funnier with cataclysmic and solar titan, as you can proc all three buffs (radiant, HEF, Font) all with one melee using: - Throwing hammer (preferably with roaring flames) - Ember of torches and Solace - Melee Wellmaker - Font of Might - Elemental Charge - High Energy Fire Hunter can do this as well and your super is better, but you need knock 'em down As for warlock, I just use torches and emp rift with stormchaser.

Nice vid! I got a poor roll my first run, gonna need to get back in there and farm. For the Riven bake: was it just the Well and Font of Might (plus Frenzy on your roll) that was boosting your team’s damage? Or was there anything else going on buff/debuff-wise?

It's very strong. Time will tell if it needs a nerf. If anything, maybe just recoil to make it a tradeoff for the 3 round burst.

As broken as this thing is, I actually think it’s balanced. Since it’s a burst, I find myself missing some of the bolts on targets with slim heads that move a lot. I think it’s gonna be a great DPS weapon moving forward, but for some situations, threaded, Reed’s, and maybe cataclysmic will still be very solid as well.

Well true but it’s not like it has a huge impact on the meta. Not everyone can hit all three rounds unless div is used and sleeper and catalysmic and reeds do phenomenally well and synergies with solar 3.0 radiant. Not many people are complaining, given it’s only a boss melter. It ain’t like anarchy or anything else. If it dominates the meta in more then one regards it probs get nerfed.

And we are once again back to Liner rifles being the strongest weapon while I once again grab my Ghorn and Heir Apparent since I love rockets and machine guns more. Honestly it's just a preference thing with me, I just don't like the feel of any kind of Fusion Rifle.

The 2nd encounter has a high chance for dropping it you can also get it from the last encounter but the odds are lower :)

Only the pulse rifle and the sword are weapons I'm going for. The rest is complete trash and will not be added into my vault. I got my pulse. So someday. I'll go back and play this dungeon. Probably not though.
