God atonement is one of my favourite films and this edit is so beautiful.

this deserves So many more views than it currently has!!! the way you showed the web that is this story and essentially the butterfly effect of ONE lie and how it unravels so horribly for an innocent couple??? Will i ever be over that??? will i ever forgive Briony (no, never, never ever). This is masterfully done and your editing it just SPOT on!

it amazes me how little views this edit has. it’s honestly the best edit of atonement i’ve seen.

I never blamed Briony for the lie she told, she was just a child. The people who put Robbie away, however, were full grown adults who opted for believing a simple lie rather than searching for the truth. It was heartbreaking to see how a false statement completely transformed and doomed the lives of two people deeply in love. You beautifully captured the solemn spirt of this film. Thank you so much for sharing this masterpiece with us!

AND SHE'S BACK! Girl this movie is amazing! It just goes to show you what can happens if you tell a lie. I remember the book ending extremely differently and Briony deserves to get thrown down the stairs and out the window for what she did to Robbie and Cecelia. And HOW AMAZING is James Mcavoy is this? I mean this is one of my favorite film out of his and the soundtrack is amazing!
