Unlike most people I’m happy that kronika is back. I was kinda surprised too. I wonder if she would be a playable character. I wonder what role she would play in mk1
I have no problem see Kronika return. I neither like nor hate her. I mean I'm a fighting game fans before MK fans, so for me story stuff is second. The core gameplay is what matter. But I do interest to see this supposed "Kronika and Geras fusion" later as the final boss. Hope it look cool
@@shawziiz5031 if one of the two leaks are true. Although I think the second is more likely that Geras is the hidden villain that merges with an aubtimeline version of his long dead master I hope it’s not just him in the time keeper outfit….I hope he looks very altered
I don’t think the Lin quai are bullies (we’ll smoke and scorpion). Based on how Liu Kang was present I speculate they planned that with Madam Bo to test Raiden and Kung Lao.
It depends, like sub scorpion has a Kameos while being base roster, most of the base roster doesn’t have a kameo spot tho, scorpion and sub are legendary so of course they got them in throwback outfits. There are also story only Kameos like you see in this video with Raiden, he is only a Kameo in the story mode. They’ve released all the Kameos except 1 so you can see who exactly are Kameos that you can pick from when you aren’t playing story mode
The characters that show up as kameos for player vs player and towers are klassic versions of the characters if they have a base playable roster slot as well.
Sheer excellence. Also, I don’t think this is the real Kronika because Kronika is dead and Onaga can impersonate anyone especially dead people/dead souls. Also, GO KUNG LAO!!!!! Overall, I so can’t wait to see how the rest of the story will play out
A snake oil salesman is actually like the perfect origin for Shang. Maybe I'm crazy for thinking this, because I really don't wanna believe that's Kronika, what if that's MK11 Shang disguised as her? The starr was something I didn't expect so this story is probably going to be totallu unpredicable which is rare for me. Daisuke Tsuji has done a great job voicing Scorpion, nice to see Jin Sakai get more roles. Speaking of which, Noshir Dalal has been getting consistent roles ever since his role in Sekiro.
The whole teahouse stuff was totally set up by Liu, we saw him there watching and in the first gameplay trailer it seemed he’d already recruited scorp and sub, I think this was all some elaborator test for Raiden and Kung, Liu was probably happy and then he recruits them too, then he goes to Johnny Cage’s and recruits Johnny and Kenshi. I think sub/scorp/smoke were the first ones he recruited tho so I think this was all just a set up. If you saw the extra Lin keui trailer they played at Comic-Con that someone recorded and look at bios for like scorpion it seems he and smoke are honorable dudes so I don’t think they were being gangsters here and it was just a set up, smoke and scorpion clearly disagree with Bi-Hans list for power and glory for himself and the lin keui so I think they will dip out at some point, In this timeline the Lin keui has been about protecting earthrealm for 100s of years, Bi-Han tho doesn’t care about their traditions tho and wants power and glory while scorp and smoke just wanna be honorable dudes and traditional like the Lin keui always has been. Anyway super long comment so sorry about that, definitely think Liu set this all up. If you haven’t seen the Comic-Con Lin keui trailer I’m talking about you should search for it because someone got a decent recording of it, they are very clearly setting up the divide between Bi-Han and kuai and it seem smoke is very clearly on the same page and kuai and not bi-Han, the trailer was mainly just those 3 talking.
Holy hell not looking good so far still tie to this chapter system crap jarring shots between gameplay to cutsences and bringing back one of the most objectively bad villain in the series.
