I thought I was one of the few that found this group then binge watched them for days, now weeks. But I see that others have the same experience. They are awesome.
Same here. I lost a complete night of sleep discovering their music. Haven't heard such good music in years. It's like hearing the Beatles for the first time. Basicly any song they write is good.
I just discovered these girls :)) I fell in love with them and in their music. I love to watch Danielle's personality change when she starts to play :))
The first time I ever saw Haim was at a festival 4 years ago and no one knew who they were, but I fell in love and never let go. I knew they were going places. Today they are my favorite band.
Okay so I noticed Papa Haim had a slight accent so I had to do my research and their background is very interesting. According to Google (lol) Papa is Israeli & Haim means "life." I love it ❤
Danielle improved her voice soooooooo much! Unreal. Just saw them at the London concert and they are even more 100% better than what they were here. Incredible. They are so talented
Finally found HAIM after seeing Alana Haim on the Kelly Clarkson show talking about her role in "Licorice Pizza", and now, I am incredibly hooked and cannot figure out why it took so long to find them! I have binged just about everything I can find on them! Absolutely incredibly talented artists, and cannot wait to dig through as much as I can find on them! Amazing!
I guess living in a bubble (ME) and just discovering the Haim's et al on 08/12/2022 has me teary eyed and smiling, now I can't get enough... BTW I was born 06/18/1950 yea I am down with weird too
If they're all legot single, I have a feeling it might be more of an intimidation thing that keeps guys away. Im sure it was a joke, but there are female artists that set a standard. "Can't hang (musically) cant bang (....sexy...way...) lol

it makes me sad how their dad would've wanted boys :( like what's wrong with girls, they can be just as amazing in everything they do, like just look at what your daughters have become! and as a young musical woman a big part of haim's allure for me is just... the representation of them being women and rocking it out all over the world & busting every obstacle and stereotype that gets in their way
Parents are always like that. If its all girls the father wishes he has sons, and if its all boys the mother wishes she had daughters. Be grateful for what you have.
Fathers would like sons, but it's been like that forever. It's the carrying on the name. Like it or not, that's the way it is. Always have been, it's the way now, and always will be. My older sister wanted a sister, but got me instead and we love each other. That's life. There is no doubt the father has great pride in his daughters. Just as any parent would be happy to see the success of their children. He doesn't love them less.
So I would never want to be "that guy" that objectifies a woman for her appearance. But Danielle could be a supermodel. She is one of the most beautiful people who has ever roamed the earth. And then she walks out and shreds like Hendrix or Page or Clapton. And sings like an angel. Am I NOT supposed to love her?
