This story reminds of Jet Li's wiki page where he said - "everything he has ever wanted to tell the world can be found in three of his films: the message of Hero is that the suffering of one person can never be as significant as the suffering of a nation; Unleashed shows that violence is never a solution; and Fearless tells that the biggest enemy of a person is himself. Li thinks that the greatest weapon is a smile and the largest power is love."
High video quality. Quality English language used. Qualitative reasoing & approach to daily life's situation are acted out. Always a pleasure watching...
It's tough this meditation business. For some it comes easily, for others it's more challenging. But in the end it takes us all to the same place...inner peace and one with the universe. I struggle with it despite trying off and on for some time now. However I practice each day now and despite my struggles I will keep at it. Good days and bad, meditation helps to calm the chaos, and one day surely it will come naturally. Thank you Dare to do. Stay blessed everyone 🙏.
Yes it will, Meditation is like anything else. It must be consistent, then the mind will be peaceful. So if someone stops meditating, especially at the early stages. The mind is likely to go back to its natural state it once was before meditation.
In the very early stages of meditation, we must try NOT TO feed our minds with “rubbish”, (for example, avoiding social media) until we become better at managing our minds. The best technique is the one that works for you 🖖
@@poojasaini4303 Firstly, find a place of silence. Or as near as possible to it. Secondly, make yourself as comfortable as possible. No awkward or painful positions. Yet. Thirdly, start breathing slow and easy. Comfortably. Breathe In through your nose and out through your mouth. At a comfortable rate for you. Slowly start to control with awareness your breath inwards. And learn to exhale out slower. Normal inward breath and a little slower outward. Until your outward breath is twice as long a time as your inward breath. Do this until it becomes "natural" for you. Comfortable. This mastery is in itself meditative. Bringing you into a gentle one mindfulness. And so it begins. You sit or lay doing this and then you bring your "problem" thought forward. Gently dismiss other thoughts as best you can until they are gone as the world is gone when you sleep. They are always there but far from your present "awareness". Now you have your "subject" on the front of your mindfulness. Seeing it more clearly from many more angles than before. With less distraction from other thoughts, you will see your concerned thought with much more clarity. Wisdom, knowledge and understanding of it is before you and the longer you are there, meditating on it, you will come to understand it fully. This is for beginners. Practice will make perfect. It creates awareness of mind chatter and how you control it. Instead of it rambling. Thoughts coming and going as they do. Just to relax, visualize beautiful things like flowers on a lovely day. And you being as a bee would be, floating around it. Or any thought beautiful and peaceful. Hope this is what you wanted and I pray it helps. Progress will come as "automatically" as your footsteps follow one after the other when you walk.
100% spot on about meditation. Not everyone grasps how molecules can actually be altered by meditation. I'm very appreciative of the fact I have someone, like yourself, who not only grasps the situation but educates others about it. Thank you for being that kind of force in This universe.

The best way to grow and to reach your next level as a person is to FACE your fears. If you are feeling uncomfortable, afraid & out of place. Realize that YOU are in a position to GROW. Your body & your old ways are fighting back trying to keep you in the same place. That which you seek (happiness, change, fulfilment) can be found on the other side of your fears. "Do what is hard and life will be easy, do what is easy and life will be hard" 💪✨
I have practiced meditation for about 1 year, I am really grateful because I know meditation. Meditation helps me to realize my feelings, emotions and thoughts. Thanks to meditation, I can live in awareness, to be myself and adjust my life in the right direction.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Dude this is me! Ive been training privately for 27 going on 28 years now in whatever feels natural to me for self defense. I wouldnt admit it publicly but I am afraid of training publicly and I am afraid of fighting not bcuz I'm scared of the fight itself, but what I "could" do to someone. My thoughts and feelings are all over the place. Ive never had any formal or traditional training so I guess that's why I'm so scared of my abilities? Whatever it May be, this video does help a little. Thank you for sharing! I love your videos and staaaay blessed yourself!

Thank you for the video just made my mood of studying for the test tomorrow , your videos are immensely helpful for me with my burden of medical studies and to let go of fear from failure . Stay blessed too.
Know that whatever you are going through, its temporary. You are eternal. You are the power. You are an individual expression of your Creator. You are life itself. Any problem in your life comes from an idea you believe to be true and a fear based emotion. Change must happen on a mental and emotional level. Thats where the magic happens. Powerlessness is an illusion. You are the power in your life. Any circumstance has no power or meaning other than what you choose to believe. Be strong and consistent. Stay blessed 🙏
indeed i have been doing meditation and why i don't let fear bug me but at least say thank you for letting me knew it is there and how i can control my reactions and doing 30 minutes of meditation i do love the most
I can relate to this story because I have practiced Vipassana meditation in the tradition of Sayagi U Ba Khin as taught by S N Goenka. In this meditation, you focus on the truth as it is manifested through sensations on your body. Long ago, the Buddha taught this technique, a technique that starts with observing the breath. This technique is what took him to enlightenment (Nirvana) and liberation from misery (Dukkha). This technique was then spread all over the work by the great emperor Ashoka of India, including to countries as far as Japan. When the monk in your story realizes everything is "waves", it is a metaphor for the realization that occurs when, through this meditation, one realizes the whole body is nothing but mere vibrations. The "temple" in your story is one's own body. When it drowns into waves, it is a metaphor for when one realizes everything around is mere vibrations. Situated in this, one becomes free from craving and aversion, just as your story depicts. I urge you and all reading this comment to attend a 10-day Vipassana course as taught by S N Goenka and see for yourself, liberate yourself. May all be happy.
Mind Of Powers🙏Awesome Story🎁Thank You👏Just Take The Waves As They Come!!! It's The Bigger One's To Worry About!!! I Really Do Need To Meditate!!! Good For The Soul👏Amen🙏
