A former United States Marine and current reservist, highly trained in martial arts and bodybuilder, Jeff is an all around real life BAD ASS and also just a really solid human being.
We get along really well because of how real and authentic he is! He’s the same guy he is on the videos he makes as he is in person. HE LIVES IT and he LOVES IT! The discipline and daily structure is everything for him and keeps him progressing in all areas of his life! Is he perfect??? No!! Buts he’s constantly working on his flaws.
