When I was a CNA, I worked in memory care. I often sang to my residents. Continue to sing to your mother. She may not seem to remember lyrics; however, you are feeding her soul.
So true! I did that with my mom also, and she was able to remember even though she had dementia before she went to heaven also. So yes, keep singing with her!❤

This was one of my fire houses of the lord. I couldn’t watch the Holy Spirit move in her one time I had to watch over and over again. I got happy with the Holy Spirit every time. Thank You Jesus 🙏🏾

Have listened to you my whole entire life. I am from Taylorsville Mississippi, just right through the woods from her hometown. I remember seeing the MS MASS CHOIR and she singing, and always TOOK YOU TO CHURCH! And now I live out of state and all my coworkers know who she is, and who the ms mass choir is. Always a loved woman and a household in the whole south.
I'm from Florida, and I started listening to Mama Burks about three years ago, I have church in my condo, jumping and shouting because the anointing is real and moves me every time, she is a blessing to my life even today. Thank you, Jesus, there is no distance in the anointing. God has a way to get his message to the world if we take time for him.
I grew up listening to I’m not tired yet. My favorite gospel song When I go on my jogs I play that song. My second is they got the word. 3rd is this morning when I rose. Really sad to see her like this, but the glory that is coming won’t compare to our present sufferings! Our Mighty God she is in your hands amen! ❤

I am thankful that this video was published because I really have love and respect for Mother Burks and wanted to know how she is doing in her later years. It does sadden me that she has dementia though😢. My prayers for her and her daughter. She looks beautiful and I know that God is taking such good care of her and her daughter 😇🙏🏽🙌🏼

I have been listening to her since I was a child and she is still just as beautiful inside and out. God has blessed her a long time and I pray he continues to bless her for the rest of her life.
