Love this kid’s attitude. Don’t quit and keep your head down and keep working. He has the blue collar worker’s mentality. Rooting for him and TCU to win it all.

Agree. The real Heisman is right in front of you. Winners epitomize great ability combined with diligence, perseverance, hard work . Max exhibits these attributes better than any other player this year. Max is willing to roll up his sleeves (no task beneath anyone. Max will do great things whatever he decides to do....

I've lived in Council Bluffs for 15 years now, for better or worse, we're a different breed. Never been a big TCU fan, but have been cheering for them since he went there. Hope he wins a title, way to go Max, we're all proud of you.
