【Synopsis】
Minglan (played by Zhao Liying), the sixth daughter of the Sheng family, has been intelligent and beautiful since she was a child. However, she faces the difficulties of an unkind stepmother, troublesome sisters, a father who doesn't value her, and the tragic death of her birth mother. She hid her intelligence, buried her talents, endured humiliation, and adversity to grow up, remained self-reliant under all kinds of pressure, and finally went through all the hardships to avenge her mother. He falls in love with her long ago. Amidst the changing political landscape, with Gu Tingye's support, a distant relative of the Zhao family is declared the crown prince, and Gu Tingye, holding the imperial decree, defeats the rebels and helps enthrone the new emperor. He becomes the new dynasty's top hero and, through strategic maneuvers, marries Minglan. After marriage, Minglan manages the household, reforms the Marquis's mansion, eliminates corrupt officials, and assists her husband in consolidating his power. The couple overcomes misunderstandings and builds a deep bond, eventually helping the new emperor stabilize his reign and enjoy a happy life together.
