I want to see people happy, genuine, etc. I want them to: 1. Be rich, independant and to have at least: - a business, a financial secure source - a house - a garden - a car - a social circle 2. Pay no taxes for their properties, and for food: - but to own their houses for free - own their gardens - own their cars - own their phones, their tools, etc. 3. Decide about their lives: - their bodies - their medications - their treatments 4. Have their privacy, and not to be: - tracked - etticketised - controlled 5. Be free, have freedom of - choice - expression - travel, move - etc.

I too. Who wouldn't want these things, it's not merely noble idea but an essential goal.

@@1Live2Love3Thrive We will get there. It's going to take time, it's going to take lives. We are now living in the age of dictators. And there is a very high obedience factor. However many people are waking from the dream that has been implanted in our collective conciousness. One of the things we need to dream of and demand of our governments is EMPATHY taught as a subject in schools all over the world. It is not enough to put on someone elses shoes, we need to walk in them. We need to really know that there are people suffering from cold, from hunger, from disease (Phisical, mental, and spiritual). WE NEED TO KNOW that it is not "Normal", we need to know it is greed and selfishness that inflict that on others. We need to know that one small measure of injustice in a remote part of our world is injustice on all mankind. We need to know that If children are not taught empathy, words like freedom, justice, equality and hapiness are only that...words.

Could anyone tell me where I could find any articles that mention the facts in Cambodia, Salvador, Rwanda, Ukraine... ? Not that I don't believe that happened. I'd like to talk about this to my students and I don't find any sources 'cause I don't know when that happened. Thanks a lot guys !

This all sounds good, but I would invite you step out of line, take on the system and see what happens. I' can guarantee that you'll be met with various gradations of control up to and including violence. Also, I can tell you from first-hand experience that your brave and loyal compatriots won't stand behind you either and rally en masse in the streets no matter how dire the circumstances become. Why ? Because they've been tamed and tamed people don't revolt. As far as obedience, the reason why people obey is because it's animal instinct. Herd animals follow the lead of the dominant male without question. Just observe any collective of herd animals and you'll see for yourself. Also, I will agree with you that people have been thoroughly psychologically conditioned since birth to obsequiously follow authority figures and obey. By the way, I don't give a hoot what your research and theories suggests, people can be tamed. I live in a country of nothing but tamed people except for myself and a few others. Let me close with this. Human behavior especially mass behavior has sometimes taken totally unpredictable paths as history proves, so to say that a revolution or uprising could never occur would be erroneous. Even Napoleon understood this and stated : "Many a one commits a reprehensible action, who is at bottom an honorable man, because man seldom acts upon natural impulse, but from some secret passion of the moment which lies hidden and concealed within the narrowest folds of his heart." Personally, I don't think that we'll witness any serious uprisings or revolutions here in the West but I could be proven wrong.

Well, sheed. You just read him up one side and down the other. Did you spend every waking moment in the library with your reading glasses on, darling?

What do you think now? How likely an uprising?
