These read "Yoshimura" in the Japanese "Katakana" syllabary. One of the two writing styles which derived from Chinese characters, or "Kanji". Here it is: ヨ（YO）シ（SHI）ム（MU）ラ（RA） ヨシムラ They use these "Katakana" characters for stylisation only. Native Japanese words are written in either "Kanji" or "Hiragana" (The other style of the Japanese syllabary)
