I’m going to say it was hinted they get back together. Jessie moves to Hollywood because she was offered the lead on a new tv show and he was offered a security guard spot for the studio she will film in.

They got back together in the season 4 Halloween episode “The Ghostest with the Mostest,” where she goes to a masquerade ball and meets “the man from her dream,” which ends up being Tony, and they get back together
