If you could kill a serial murderer with 10's of thousands of committed murders (who just betrayed you and murdered two of your fellow soldiers and left you vulnerable to getting killed) to save the world from an alien invasion that would otherwise destroy the earth, would you do it?

But intentionally recruiting them in the hopes they betray you doesn't make you look to good either.

I just don't get why Urza waited for Tevesh to kill two of his allies before snaring his trap

​@@styrax7280Urzas morals wouldn't let him kill someone he saw as an ally until after he had been betrayed. Still, killing Szat was always part of the plan.
