Was such a nice experience being along for the ride with this R1M. I think an RSV4 build with the SC Project GP22 exhaust build should be next!!

I loved it so much. I am sad, it is going now. no more this bike content. I love this bike, specially the rear break disc.

I really wanted an R1 but I'm to old for the riding position so I bought the next best thing and picked up the MT-10! Great video and story Manny. I also like your philosophy about riding and your approach to building.

Man getting to know this guys passion for bikes makes me want to sell the wrecker business and move to Florida and just work there bc I’m the same way. I’ve said I’m don’t with my v4 and I’m done with my s1000rr but I keep going lol.

It's a beautiful bike. Every motorcycle enthusiast would love to have that beauty in their garage.

Is certainly a stunning machine. Interesting to see if yam bring out a new model for next year. Not much needs changing the crappy brakes, the dash and a tad more power to compete with bmw, honda, aprilia and ducati.

You r a simple definition of a Man You might be getting old but you r still young in your art work.

Been a Yamaha fan since 2000 .. before Rossi, just a fan of how sexy the R1's looked . Looked so different from Kawi, bulky Suzuki .. my first NY bike show in 2002, and seeing the 02-03 R1 in the liquid silver, I HAD TO GET 1 .. got it,loved it,still miss that bike ..

Ok great, I’m glad you did the explanation of the exhuast as I commented in the past that that version was not the superbike version, but had some elements of the superbike version, the( cnc exhuast port billet and port shaped inserts that seal the exhaust port to the exhaust itself that is held in by the flanges, that is a piece that well it’s still not the same as the superbike version it is very similar, and the same overall concept,) the (actual superbike version is actually 3-D printed from inconel and is all one piece and bolts on to the Cylinder Head like the Ducati akra head port pieces are, they are about three or 4 inches long and it’s one piece per cylinder that’s bolted on and then you attach the rest of the exhaust headers to those so those never have to actually come off. You can just leave them on if the exhaust is damaged you take the springs off, and then you can remove the whole exhaust from the first 4 exhaust port starting pieces bolted to the head. But nonetheless, that is very cool that you were able to work something out with Akra to give you the (super stock ) bike version of the exhuast that uses the original oil sump pan and exhaust routing. 👍 we are actually very close to finishing up our Raceshop WSBK Spec R1 (minus the marelli ECU) build. That is for world, superbike, spec, in every other area also with some special modifications that allow you to run 1 of only 2 exhuast brands that ever made a wsbk spec exhuast made for running the underslung swingarm and normal oil pan sump where the exhaust splits ( goes around) Both sides of the oil pan instead of rerouting it around the left side of the oil pan (wsbk oil pan) but it is routed in such a way that it clears the underslung swingarm basically just allowing you to run the stock oil pan instead of having to run the $8,000 kit wsbk oil pan sump that is beneficial, but it just lowers the oil level to help with Wyndage basically oil from splashing up and the crank smacking it creating a bigger oil windage cloud in the crank case. But we have a special modification system that we do too effectively do the same thing as having the wsbk oil pan, and we are running the fall WSBK, Oil Cooler, and Radiators, with the fans, so everything operates as normal with no thermostat so on the bike could easily be a street ridden in the almost FULL WSBK spec build! Once it’s done, maybe we’ll have to make a trip down there with 650ib and do a collaboration video unveiling it! It is going to be the only R1 in America or the world that has the proprietary internal engine components treatments that we do here only at (APEX Performance & Repair / formerly Turn 13. But I have the first and only successfully five stage treated internal engine parts done with all 5 stages, treatments, and coatings, to be done on any internal combustion engine components in any level of racing and engineering including (Moto GP and F1) as those two mentioned, Racing buddies, and their race team engine builders, and R&D departments are only using 2 of our 5 stage part processes, (micropolishing and DLC diamond like carbon coatings) on their piston, skirts and piston ring face surfaces, we have done the entire piston ring all services as well as gasporting The piston rings, and added the other three part treatment processes to the entire crankshaft camshaft intake and exhaust valves, valve, springs valve, retainers rods, Rod, Bolts, Engine, Bearings, the cylinder walls, the exhaust ports and camshaft gears, finger followers, piston wrist pins, ceramic coating on the piston tops, proprietary treatment in the Ringlands, as well as the pin bores, the Pistons skirts, and tons of other internal components to complete the first engine that is done to this five stage highest spec and existence, group of engine parts to make up 1 engine! The APEX Performance & Repair (APR) ULTIMATE R1 🏁🏍️💨. But once it’s finished, I will reach out to you and ib and see if we want to do a collaboration video as ppl will want to see this beast! But nonetheless your R1 came out beautiful and Nick will be extremely satisfied with that build I’m sure! Great job 👍 and good video also.

Mani without a doubt you do a excellent job on bikes. Specially before adding on something you do your research 👍👍. In my opinion you are the best and hearing what you said when you mentioned the difference between street and track,it would be cool to see a track bike build. One RTR on the track and with fast frank quick wheel release system and quick release brake caliper lines as well. Not only these parts are for the track, but are awesome even for a street bike for someone that does all the work on their own bike. when it comes to changing the wheels five minutes remove the brake line in a snap as well. Awesome job. Congratulations on everything that you have achieved. Thank you 🙏
