What racing royalty. Huriley Haywood, Bruce Meyer. What a collection of racing history . When you see what Porsche done as car company, you see why they're so legendary, sought after and collected.
This is the content we need. Fortune to see Bruce's collection, but to have him passionately tell and educate us along with Hurley to explain the history of cars and events is magical.
Hurley Haywood and the best you can do is a folding chair? That man deserves a throne! And I always learn something new when Bruce Meyer opens his mouth. Great video about a great car. Well done!
This video is an absolute work of art, Thank you to everyone involved in its making and actually adds a bit of context to my own video this week so ill spread the love and share it around
Great content! Brings back a lot of memories,(yes, I'm that old), like watching the Camel GT races at Limerock. Couldn't quite afford a Porsche but I put many miles on "real" BMW 2002's and a 1600. Back then there weren't any driver aids, it was all up to the man behind the wheel. I really do enjoy my 987.1 Cayman with it's sublime handing and amazing steering feel. I went out for a spirited drive on one of my favorite roads today, life is very good!
Interesting video. It would nice to have some more in depth details on the cars from Mr Gregg. With respect to the road races, let's not forget either the Spa 25H or Nurburgring, even if Porsche were not actively involved. It is also worth mentioning in passing some of the rallies that Porsche did at the time
What a history, what a mervellous cars, what a amasing persons and drivers, thank you for this piece of history of the amasing boys from Weissach and Zuffenhausen, thank you Peterson Automotive Museum.
Thanks. Very interesting and informative video. The Mary Stuart, wrap around duck tail spoiler, reference- never knew that. Greetings from South Africa 🇿🇦
Leave you politics are the door. Bruce Meyer loves Porsches and has some really unique race cars that display the continuous development and evolution of the engines and chassis. An absolute legend.
