@@connorhendrickson hahaha ya was just at that show def not stoked. Guess thats what happens when ur highschool band becomes huge in a pop punk genre when you secretly want the hardcore energy
@@sighswoonsthen all they need to do is stop playing the dumbass arena shows. Every city they play in has an indoor smaller venue like a house of blues etc that will sell out in every city. And guess what, you could charge me the same $100 that I had to pay to be on the floor at the a day to remember show and I’d pay it and I’m sure everyone else would too. I’d much rather pay 100 bucks to see them in this type of venue vs on a big ass stage with barricades and half the people there are sitting in bleachers because they got the $50 tickets.
It really just doesn’t hit the same seeing them in a bigger arena and Parker just standing at the mic stand. Although he did sound great at the show I was at.
I love them so much, and I want them to have as much success as anyone can, but DAMN. They are made for intimate shows like this. Energy is unmatched. Not the same vibe in the arenas.
I nearly lost my job to try and get in to this show. Was gonna drive from Michigan to NY just for a shot on a random Thursday LOL. I wasn't a fan of TSSF until after their "hc venue/crowd" era, so I just saw them on their current tour but getting to see them in this setting, and what could potentially be the final time we see them in a setting like this, made for the probably most special important show they've ever played. I hope every person who attended understands they saw history. I saw No Pressure at Tied Down, and it completely re-wrote what I thought about live music. Congrats and I'm jealous to anyone who was here.
An all time favorite band playing an all time great show, TSSF thrives in this environment and it really shows, especially with Parker. Thanks so much for uploading!
As someone who was over 18 when they first started making music. I've experienced so much loss and disappointment and related to parker so much. You can see that parker finally content where he's at overcoming his dads death. We are for sure now parker your brother is still proud.
Fuckin goosebumps on Letterman, song is so good! My friend Jordan just happened to be flying from LA to New York for a wedding in the timeframe when this show was announced. I showed him The Story So Far about two years ago and he's been obsessed ever since. I told him he absolutely had to make it to this show! And he did! I'm so glad he got to experience this! :)
Parker def still got the No Pressure stance going as opposed to the standing stoic TSSF pose of old with the hands at his side and little movement. I love how this bands side projects made them even better not pull them away. And props to the NP bandmates for throwing down with the boys. Much love TSSF, the new record has my airpods glued.
What an energy! Been to their show in Southampton once, same epic sweat madness! TSSF are best, I’m 37 and keep going with a vibe well! New album is just rad
I havent seen them in a long time so seeing them next Wednesday with adtr. Unfortunately its at a big amphitheater tho but still glad theyre coming near me
first time i ever saw TSSF was in Ca,bridge Mass right after under soil and dirt came out and I happened to meet Prker at the McDonalds across the street. Dude was super chill just wanted to eat and not be noticed and I could respect that. Still one of the best memories I have
thats me in the white hat up front. the shoes and clothes i wore are all destroyed, by far the sweatiest show ive ever been to. epic as fuck tho seeing how hyped everyone was.
