I really appreciate the harmony tries, especially since they're probably all exhasted. Everyone saying this is mid doesn't realize the performance is still tight as hell, from a musicianship perspective. Plus this is the best track they've released in awhile, Proper Dose was great tho.
I think it's because in tssf he's more exposed to fans harassment and things like that as he clearly doesn't like it. No pressure scene is way smaller and composed by hc scene, so I don't know
@@PedroOliveira-zk3eu i think its because TSSF has a "mature" vibe to it nowadays, more consistent lyrics and composition, therefore Parker doesnt two-step or jump onto the crowd.
He definitely has more energy with No Pressure but, I still feel like he seems kind of bored (in my opinion). This particular TSSF performance though... oof. Really comes off like he has 0 interest in being there. Which is a shame because this song is really good.
Tssf just doesn’t seem the same anymore but I still got love for them. No pressure shows are the way to go these days lol (can we acknowledge how cute it is that Parker claps with the crowd after every song) lol
I think things have seen weird live since the drummer had to switch to guitar, and losing Kelen on bass is a huge hit, he was probably one of the most talented bassists in this genre of music. Big Blind is great though
Was this in Iowa? I'm a maintenance tech and I got called into my downtown nebraska property and I could hear tssf playing across the river, I was so fucking pissed. I knew it was Parker canon's voice.
If Tom DeLonge impresses more people than Parker Cannon, that is BS. I don't get any enjoyment out of seeing this as a huge fan of this band. Hope it's just an off night.
The story so far hasnt been a high energy pop punk band since like the self titled released in 2015 lol ive seen them so many times and since then it seems like they care more about their performance rather than stage presence. Which is fine with me personally, especially now that im older. Also, like Parker said on his IG, keeping TSSF going was very difficult for him since his dad died. Im sure that plays part into the performance too.
@@europa1111 im all for them to keep going even if they dont have a raging stage-presence anymore. If anything, as long as the song writing continues to be amazing and worthwhile, I’ll always support them. If not, just go on a hiatus
He also had a rough falling out with kelen so it isn't easy playing in this band without him in the picture and having to be reminded of where he started. I had a falling out with someone I knew for about 20 years because i realized he was a Bully the entire time. It's hard being around the people you grew up with because he's still in the picture on the outside looking in more or less
@@andonidaran8100 nope, permanently. He had to take multiple hiatuses due to spine and hip issues and after getting a big surgery he had to call it quits.
I like no pressure alot and bought the CD. Compared to TSSF, not even close. I'm not gonna pretend this is a good performance though. I didn't know they were struggling this much live with all the changes. The song itself in studio was pretty good though and they should just take a break from shows and write a record.
@@Rob_Cary Dude i'm talking current day tssf, No Pressure brings the energy live that this band used to but tssf now looks like a shell of their former selves live, obviously No Pressure will never top those first few albums of tssf.
