Ashish Rana, better known as Laure was officially introduced to rap when he was in grade 6. But he recalls that it was long before when his curious mind had fallen for rap as he sang the local Deusi with his own funny lyrics. Rap battles had already begun when he was in school but he never summed up the courage to participate. After finishing high school at the age of 17, he made it to the final list of British Army, but he failed to make the final cut. But his life was yet to unfold in its own way.
Ashish Rana is a Nepalese rapper, popularly known by his stage name - "Laure". He presented his rapping via a rap battle on RU-vid which gained him popularity. He has also been one of the judge of the Rality TV Show Himalaya Roadies which kicked off in mid 2017.Laure was also the most searched for Nepalese celebrity on Google in the year 2013.
