Ingredients
For sauting vegetables:
1. Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
2. Potato (small) - 1 (75gms.)
3. Carrot - 75 gms.
4. Garlic (chopped) -- 2 tsp.
5. Ginger (chopped) - 1 tsp.
6. Green chilli (chopped) - 1
7. Salt - ½ tsp.
8. Pepper powder - ½ tsp.
9. Chilli flakes - ½ tsp.
10. Onion (small) - 1
11. Tomato - 1 ( 60gms.)
12. Capsicum (red,yellow,green) - 80 gms.
13. Parsley leaves - 1 tbsp.
For egg mixture
1. Eggs - 3
2. Salt -1/4 tsp.
3. Pepper powder - ¼ tsp.
4. Origano - ¼ tsp.
5. Olive oil - ½ tsp.
6. Fresh cream - 2 tbsp.
7. Parsley leaves - 1 tbsp.
8. Grated cheddar cheese - 2 tbsp.
9. Sriracha sauce - ½ tsp.
10. Red chilli flakes - ½ tsp.

Points to remember : 1.Refined oil may be used instead of olive oil 2.Use vegetable of your choice having less water content. The slices should be of equal size. 3.Broccoli is optional. 4 Heat a 7 " pan at low flame. Thickness of the frittata depends on the diameter of the pan. 5.Add egg mixture after the oil is heated well.
