This is wrong, we all know the most powerful card is the Credit Card

My theory is it'd be a therotical anime card. Relinquished fused with a monster infected with crush card virus as the second material. Something that could've happened in the duel against Pegasus and Kaiba

While cards based on the "Waking the Dragons" story arc didn't arrive until 2015 the anime episodes are from 2003. The timing of that comment was 2005 so I think it is possible that cards based on the arc were being discussed and a The Fang of Critias style fusing was being developed. Unfortunately those plans were likely scrapped in favor of expediting the release of GX era sets. GX was already a year old by then and the first GX era set (The Lost Millennium) was released only a couple of weeks after Kevin mentioned the card.

Effect: one per turn, draw 4 cards

Even if it had a busted effect back in the day, most likely be trash based on what overpowered monsters were considered back then.

knowing that fusions have (mostly) the combined appearance of it's fusion materials, this monster would most likely be millenium-eyes with sick-looking eyes. I'm not sure i want to see such a card.

It’d be neat if it was a quick effect or something. Like, it equipped all monsters with a certain type, level or attack range during the opponent’s main phase or your turn. Could be fun to try out.

Kevin Tewart is also known to be a troll. I remember he intentionally gave the wrong ruling for sangan during the start of Xyz era on pojo.

I'd like to add that Tewart also wrote a fanfiction series a LOOOOONG time ago which revolved around a series of cards he created based on weapons held by the gods of the Greek pantheon. "Weapons of the Gods"... I remember reading that series with some excitement.

Kevin Tewart was probably just lying. He was also a cheat. In late 2003 there was a mall tour in my city. Where we got to play against upper deck judges, this guy was my opponent, and proceeded to play chaos emperor dragon against me. Mind you, this freaking card hadn't been released yet, and wouldn't be released until a few months later in 2004. I continued to chain my torrential tribute, and this guy..this judge, told me I couldn't do that, that I couldn't respond to his destruction effect..I was a 15 yr old kid and knew this guy was pulling this rule out of his ass and who was I going to get to rule against him? I just rolled my eyes and let him beat me.

Why would someone brag about having a card that was never in production? I could make up a card that instantly wins the duel if it's in your deck, it doesn't mean anything if it's not a legal card.

I met Kevin Tewart years ago. Nice guy. Taught me a lot about the game. I still have his business card to this day.

If they ever print this card, it should be an effect too powerful for GOAT format but at best viable in modern format. I don't know how to do it but I assume a Combination of Tribe Infection Virus and Thousand-Eyes effect seems reasonable: Gains Stats of the equiped monster. Send equiped monster to the GY and destroy all monsters that havee the same type or something.

Imagine if it was something crazy like a trap card: "tribute one thousand eyes idol, destroy all cards in your opponents hand, also destroy all cards your opponent draws for the next three turns"

For all of Konami's faults it puts a smile on my face that they have made cards based on cards mentioned or even mistakes made in card names in the past.

I'm imaging it's effect as, asborb an opponents monster, then destroy all monsters with the same attribute on the field, hand and deck. A nuke to mono attribute decks

I have the thinking, that it will Equip an Enemy monster and destroys all monster with the same type and it blocks all new entering cards with the same type when it was summend by fusing Relinquent and tribe

Was thinking the effect would be something like. 'When Millennium thousand eyes virus Is fusion summoned Declare one type of monster attach all monsters of the declared type to Millennium thousand eyes virus'

Kevin was, and probably still is a tool. He probably just made the whole thing up. Keep in mind this is the same guy who ruled effects like those of "Sangan" still activated if they were Xyz Material and detached for that monster's cost or effect.

My theory is it equips a monster and your opponent can't summon monsters with that type, that would kill certain decks these days.

Hey, I don't know how but when I was kid on my block we used to have 5 same cards whith a print error wich was 15000 attack instead of 1500 but I never found anything about it on the internet. I actualy live in france but I'm protuguese but as soon as I go back to portugal I will try to find that card somewhere in my bedroom. Can you tell me what you think about that error or if this is common

I think the activation condition is that instead of any dark monster being tributed, you tribute a relinquish instead. As for the effect, no idea. Maybe take control of all your opponent's monsters/cards?

Honestly if I had to guess to say if a card was that busted. I imagine it has an "Anime Crush Card Virus" effect. The one where you can't summon any monster with 1,500 or more ATK for the rest of the duel. In a format where whoever had the biggest beatstick won, resolving that would most likely get your opponent to say, "let's go to game 2".

I don’t think relinquished makes much sense if you remember that the millennium eyes stuff wasn’t around back in DM era, so thousand eyes idol or restrict would make more sense as a material then relinquished

I mean, just because a card has banned materials used for its summon doesn't mean it couldn't be printed. Take Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon; even in a format with no banlist, the card was unsummonable for a year because we didn't have Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon in the TCG at the time.

If thousand eyes virus effects are what you stated then they simply aren't that powerful at all compared to any modern cards. Unless it had negate protection and was un effected by card effects then maybe but still you have to summon the thing. In modern yugioh it is just not that great even it hits the board. Kaijus can just eat it. Ra sphere mode, or underworld Goddess etc. It's just not that great.

The strongest monsters are unaffected and today that monster wouldn't stand a chance if it was real I doubt it tho. Him talking about a card that doesn't exsist is just a made up flex for attention and to get people talking about him. Konami would address the monsters on wiki if it was real.

One card in the anime that Bandit Keith used was called the Pillager. It literally let you pick one card from your opponent's hand and add it to your own. So really you're adding a resource to your hand while also denying your opponent one from theirs, while also scouting all the cards in their hand at the same time. Super broken ass card. On par with Deliquent Duo in my opinion.
