Who's still here 6 years later? Legends never die. They may go away physically but Legacy lives on. 725 on the bench 225 on strict curl! Which one of you is coming in second!?!
@@intenselifter5538 yeah I know, just checking if you as intense as you say, good deadlift bro ! Thats like 305 kilos, huh ? I only tried deadlifting like five times 15 years ago, at 17 I did 420 for 2 sets of 15 by the fifth workout but I never trained for powerlifting, so Im excactly the opposite of you, more of a good bencher, curler, one~arm chinup guy , but if I trained the deadlift I probably would have been okey at that too, but I respect the hell outta a 600 plus deadlifter, ive been around a handful of them and know what it takes ! You certainly earned your nick in my book, and cool of you to answer brother in iron
@@danielkristiansen1386 Oh ya and I attempted 800 on the deadlift a while back but did not get it. Like CT says if you give your all tho you can't fail. I'm going to comeback around and get 800 sometime in the future. Yes you are like CT! A beast at bench and curl, those are good too, deadlifts are the most functional for me overall.
This guy is so inspirational. I have a mechanical aortic heart valve (infection when I was young) so I have the same limits as him. I am a skinny kid, 155 5'10", and trying to get bigger. Seeing this guy big as fuck with the same limits as I inspires me to keep pushing
Wow CT, what an inspiration !! I started serious bodybuilding and powerlifting in the 60's 70's and 80's. I trained with some of the best in that error. Then I started having panic attacks, lost my job and today I am a 61 year old 300lb shit head, just feeling sorry for myself. After hearing your story I went and joined a gym and so far so good. Thank you !
i watched a Bill Goldberg video... he spoke of this man. i had to see the channel and i am absolutely impressed by what CT Fletcher does and how he motivates all those who come to him for that guidence. he is truly amazing. the dedication he has is unlike any. bless him and the work he does.
I remember watching this 10 years ago. I was 19 and I just really started learning how to workout. Thankful that I got to see you grow as a human and motivate thousands, if not, millions of ppl over these past 10 years. Thank you CT. ISYMFS
I am totally impressed with you, I watched the Netflix doc. You are a genuine man, your Mom did a great job! You have a powerful testimony my man! God Bless.
Always come back here for the motivation. CT is timeless and been a blessing for me in my fitness journey. I'm back to hear it again and get my health back in check.
Anyone here a star wars fan? Go to 9:09 at the end and CT makes a Yoda-like expression on his face similar to when Yoda was instructing Luke in the swamp.
Just saw the movie and. I was blown away.I use to lift 6 days a week, was solid as a rock, then I lost my father who was my hero, and all training stopped, until now. This movie was very emotional and empowering for me to stop feeling sorry for myself.isymfs.thank you Ct.Mark
CT Fletcher is so RAW, and this documentary is super inspiring. Teaches you to never give up, but also teaches you to be humble because greed or cockiness in any form will destroy you. No one else, but YOU. People can apply this lesson in so many areas in life, not just the gym. Amazing story by CT Fletcher!
I found CT Fletcher in 2018 on RU-vid and I was inspired and still till day I can't stop thinking of his mind set power he has and I try my hardest to incorporate it in my daily life. He died and came back as if God had a calling for him for us men to listen to. CT is like my big brother that inspires me and pushes me to the fullest and calls me out as a bitch even though I never met the man but In my mind I see him yelling at me to push harder.
Bruh you not gonna ever die cause you live inside of allot of us bro so the point is you'll live 4 ever brother your name should've been motivation God bless you homie.
This video was my first exposure to CT almost a decade ago. Big love to pops for all he's done to inspire and motivate! Stay crazy stay hungry and get your mtherfkng sets in 💪🍁
1:29 " *I like to do pause reps sometimes, and think about the things that have gone on in my mind throughout the day and how anxious I am to get to the gym.... And just workout* "
i watch this video daily 💪🏾✊🏾I remember watching these videos about ct fletcher and iron addicts since i was 20 years old i been a supporter of him i definitely always took notes of his arm workouts thank you CT for being an inspiration to me 💯💪
I listened to this video just as it was getting popular, before it had a Million views. This still inspires me to watch it again. CT Fletcher.... The Ultimate Motivator for the Un-Motivated !
I like to do pause reps sometimes and think about the things thats going on my mind troughout the day and how anxious i am to get to the gym and..just..WORKOUT!!!Legend
This is the video that got me motivated to train again..... greatest motivational trainer I've ever seen!! Long live the KING!! CT 'ISYMFS!!!' Fletcher
This motivates me a lot. I've had two open heart surgeries and was not allowed to do any physical sports or activities. I took advantage of that and became lazy and weak. In 2012 at and age of 25 I said 'fuck this' and started lifting. Dropped 56 lbs of flab using silly ass high rep exercises with dumbells, then became serious about heavy lifting about 7 months ago. Since then I've added at least 100 lbs to each of my big 3 lifts, and the heart doctor was incredibly impressed by how healthy my heart is after doing this. Don't push yourself to death, but don't use it an excuse to be a bitch either.
Balázs Gábor I legit just went to the comments section just to see if anyone else noticed that. I think it may have been an iguana. That shit looked pretty damn big. Lol 😂
CT fletcher will you try only eating navybeans with boathouse farms carrot juice as a meal replacement to extend your time here on earth so that we youngsters grow old enough to enjoy meeting you and spending some time together hang out gym etc? how about wilderness farms almonds and oranges marketed by classic harvest, llc Dinuba, California, 93618? I'm being very specific about the foods because the different manufacturers make them taste different. those were my preference that I actually live by...eat daily. all these great legends that we will never meet or beat...like Bruce Lee because they died too soon.
seems like a guy whos been through it all. and an overall good person trying to teach people real lifting. and not feeding them performance enhancing drugs.
