@@THEVOIDSEESME well it's not that they're not BAD for you, it's just that you will be need to be sacrificing seagulls every moon cycle to keep eating them
Reminder that we can bite clean through our fingers, but we don't because of our safety features. edit: Yes, I was apparently wrong here. My bad. Though it is true that we can do staggering amounts of damage to ourselves if we didnt't have safety features
@Savanna cromwell no ypu wouldn't, just like you can't use 100% of your strength or you could break bones and tear muscles clean from the bone. Only in do or die, fight or flight, can you even come close to 100%.
Everything is a group of muscles the forearm, leg, calf, bicep, tricep, back, neck, chest, shoulders… literally every muscle has multiple heads working we just group them as one
The muscle can easily do it but your body literally just doesn’t let you because other parts of your jaw, specially your teeth, can’t take that level of force
A moment of silence for those who thought that the tongue is the strongest muscle... And that didn't realise that the tongue moves and bends but muscles only relax and contract.
@Alpaca Fluffy some of the muscles in your tounge are actually stronger than muscles in your leg. The leg is not a muscle. It's proportion to weight of course.
@@LeighaHope9 "Strongest" and "greatest" are two different terms; therefore, the slash that you used is inappropriate and implicates that these two words mean the same. Hence, your comment is nonsensical. Learn to speak, kid.
He wanted to say that it is a GROUP of muscles, the tongue isn't just a muscle, so you can't tell that the tongue is the stronger muscle, cuz it's not a single muscle.
“It’s technically not a muscle, it’s just a group of 8 muscles” 💀 Edit: Bro, I didn’t mean to start a comment war down there 😂 Edit 2: I really don’t care for the hate you guys are giving me, I think it’s actually quite funny 🤣🤣🤣
He claimed that it consists of a group of 8 muscles, which is accurate. You might as well be claiming there's a single saying in our legs with your logic lol Also you wouldn't glance at a forest and exclaim, "Oh look, a tree!"
@@holylucane9019it does make sense to split hairs on this one tho. The biceps, for example have two bundles of muscles. The long head and the short head. In reality though, the biceps are four muscles all together, so we do we call everything biceps? Because they do the same job. It flexes and supinates the forearm. The tongue and it’s eight muscles, however, are all different and have different jobs. That’s why you can’t count them as one. Compared to the biceps, who’s muscles all connect to the same place and are remotely similar to one another, the tongue muscles don’t connect to the same place, and they look different.
Him: “The tongue is not even a muscle” Proceeds to say it is a group of 8 MUSCLES. Mind blowing 🤯! Edit: Its a group of MUSCLES controlling a whole MUSCLE
What he meant is the tongue isnt one singular muscle, its multiple muscles that work together to become the tongue Therefore it is not the strongest muscle, otherwise you'll have to pick one from the 8
@Hector69 I'm literally dangerous when I feel adrenaline. My heart starts pounding like crazy, I'm light headed, I could run fassssst. Jump to the ceiling, it's crazy.
Fun fact about history: is the famous painting of napoleon riding a “horse” on the alps was really a mule :) (I’m not a bot I’m just a history nerd:) )
@@sonicfanmanrealreal5629 literally no it doesn’t 😭 if our jaws are that strong, shouldn’t our teeth be the same? Yet here we are, breaking teeth for chewing on ice 💀
