I'd reccomend reordering your team since the first units get hit more often. I would do Pain, then Croc, then Tsunade, then Gohan

Ik you asked infer but I'd recommend gohan since he provides more dmg and can help you farm up more candies quickly, and you can substitute tsunade with orihime untill you get tsunade but that's just me
