It is totally terrifying injustice with the vocational trainers as far as I know their job role in the skill based courses ,,,They are all professional and having good command over teaching system as far as new 2020 education policy is concerned atleast govt should give them what they deserve

Vocational Trainers are doing tremendous work and are providing skill based education to thousands of students but unfortunately from last 9 years they got neglected with no job policy. The government should look into The matter of vocational Trainers and take a positive step .

We were elevated as I/c lecturers in 2013, are waiting desperately for regularisation till date.

How unfortunate is this that Kashmir suffered till date from two decades and still kashmiri people suffering ,stress and strain, suicide depression etc problems on rise but PSYCHOLOGY Subject has not got creations in J&k Higher secondary schools ,Had this subject been given preference, lifestyle of kashmiri youth would have changed a lot.So need of the hour is to create PSYCHOLOGY lecturer posts in government Higher secondary schools in j&k.please highlight this important issue before authorities.

Thanks for highlighting teachers issue. Plz raise the issue of incharge lectures. The teachers/ masters were promoted as incharge lectures in the year 2013. Out of 36 subjects only confirmation was granted to 10 subjects. Since then almost 6 times we have submitted the documents but nothing happened. Department at administrative level has done nothing even though st every time the required documents at directorates level were submitted whenever were desired. Plz raise the issue.

Justice for seasonal Teachers

The children of Teachers due for Transfer at Provincial Level are worst sufferers of Official apathy . Their parents are awaiting transfer for over 7 years. It amounts to Human Rights Violation if it is taken from Human Angle. One parent is posted in Jammu Province while the other is posted in Kashmir Province vice versa is the case in other parents.

I have humble request to raise the voice of all contractual lecturers 10+2 (CRC) employees of jandk. Our salary is next to nothing and the tenure should be increased because every year many new children are added. I sincerely request that a solution of this issue and continue all contractual lecturers (CRC) .

Govt. need to regularise Vocational Trainer. In every school HS/HSS automatically filled posts.

Please highlight the issue of seasonal teachers which educate children's of Gujjars & Bakerwalls at high altitudes of J&k from 2006 . They work only for six months on ten thousand after which they work as labourers which is the cause of their depression.

السلام علیکم و رحمتہ اللہ وبرکاتہ! Our Time Bound promotion was due on 01/08/2023 for which we had applied already. We were promoted ,as masters, vide Order No : 267 DSEK of 2023, dated : 17/10/2023 w.e.f.25/07/2022 monetarily upto 21/02/2024 and monetarily w.e.f. 22/02/2024. But our due Time Bound promotion was not given.

Kindly address our issue sir no transfer no promotion we are worrying about irrelevant activities which highly cause of academic side no body listen our issue we are mentally torcher and depressed by these activities which are not beneficial for our students. 1:21

Why skilled labour and non skilled labour will get more salary than an professional degree holder incase of vocational trainers as per née central govt order. Don't govt think 20k salary is a daily wager salary and regular teachers having less qualifications(12th pass + Diploma in education) than VTs getting 3x salaries than an VT although same work load. #injustice for VTs #Bleak future for Vts #Bleak future for students

Sir please raise the issue of those RET whose cases are in court since 2014 This RET scheme was closed in 2018 but court give the direction that there is no impact on those cases which are before 2018 so my humble request to u sir plz convey our message to our honorable education minister so that they gave the direction to directorate of school education jammu and kashmir

RETs are also permanent after serving 5 years initially but discrimination in transfer policy.

Justice with RET,s they became lathergic at one place since 2004.

Transfer policy should be framed for RET،s as they're performing their duties more than 20 years at one place ،how can we expect quality education ۔ Old pension should be implemented as it's the only source of post retirement (old age ۔ Academic session should be changed Nov،Dec instead of March/April because it's(session change Nov۔Dec۔to March ٫April is not suitable for our regions (topography ۔

Implement ATD ...eagerly waiting ..and zOnation for ATD..must b changed as per topography nd connectivity..

Some teachers are attached in different offices by their own willingness and choices because they are not willing to go to schools and even they misused the resources

Bhya RET teachers ki transfer policy bi bnaao pishle 20 years se ek hi school mein hein bahut sare teachers

Plz have a sight on the Geology PG teachers, as there are 796 hr sec schools and geology creations are only in 15 institutions, how injustice is this with the Geology PG teachers. 2nd point is that SAC in 2018 upgraded 200 High schools into Higher secondaries and every subject was allocated and consequence is that a single geology creation was not done. How again is the injustice. Geology being the mother of all sciences as it is the study of earth, despite of it geology is already not considered. Some Geology PG teachers are at the verge of retirement, while Some of us are PHDs but total and total injustice with the Geology PG teachers.

A good no of trs /masters promoted as i/c Lecturers since 2013 have not been confirmed yet, At least 1000 times we were directed to submit requisite documents, unfortunately nothing yielded, few died without confirmation and few retired without confirmation, few acting as Lectures but working under pay scale of Rets/trs/Masters.i am personally working as I/c Lecture but getting 4000 pay less than my trs who have not been promoted!! Plz highlight this grave issue of 4000 i/c lecture s
