Having just finished my Freshers' Week at Durham University, the lovely people over at The Student Room challenged me to share my top 'struggles of freshers' week' to help you to either prepare for yours, or reminisce at one of the most crazy weeks ever! During my freshers week our lecturers had hosted like a small party where they got us all food and alcohol so we could all get to know each other. It was a bit weird drinking with professors.

We don't have a north/south divide in Bath but we do have very heated debates over how much you like your toast toasted (someone puts it on for a minute and someone else puts it on for 7 mins 😂)

It's actually similar to the first couple of weeks when studying for a semester abroad, even though you might have been studying for years and years already, you still feel like a beginner! :D

Hi Jack Edwards your video are always amazing and nice to watch. You have a great personality. I just wanted to ask for gcse do u have to be predicted to get all As and A* . Also when revising for your actual exams after you made all your revison material do u go over them and do past papers or what do u actually do. When did u do past papers.

Hello! I was predicted to get AAB in my A Levels and came out with 3 A*s - it's all about the work you put in, not the letter some computer spits out! I found flash cards and index card essay plans were my best resources, and I'd go over them whenever I got a chance. In terms of past papers, I'd probably say you should start doing them within two months of your exam, but they're probs your last bit of revision besides last-minute fact cramming! Good luck!!!

Hiya Jack, Basically my friend and I are currently interrailing and we have no clue how to book reservations on trains, we’ve tried the website but it’s no use. Don’t suppose you could pass on how you reserved your trains? Thank uuuuuu x

Hannah Wilson the interrail reservations website only allows you to book trains if they are over 7 working days away - you'll have to phone up individual train companies and reserve them that way. Literally just say 'two Interrail pass tickets from X to X' onthe phone and they'll add the discount for you without needing to see your passes, then you pay using your card over the phone!!!
