when you cut away all the bullshit that most bands use to sound good your left with nothing but with these guys you get the real deal, sheer raw talent and great music! if you guys come to Ireland ill be up the front rocking around like a mad man!!
Ive seen them live 7 times. It’s always a great show. Best part about this band is they have a lead singer that can actually sing. No stupid yelling, no scratchy voiced screeching. Luke Spiller is the best rock n roll singer out there right now.
I got to shoot The Struts at Dover Speedway prior to the NASCAR race in Oct 2017. I didn't know much about them to be honest. By the time they were done, I was a full blown fan. Afterwards, I told Luke that he was a mix of Mick Jagger and Freddie Mercury, which is the highest praise I can give a singer. Unbeknownst to me, those are two of his favorite artists and I was blown away at how friendly and outgoing they were. They are the breath of fresh air that the rock-and-roll scene has been in need of for a LONG, LONG time.
