The massive shopping mall Raffles City in the heart of Chongqing, Chaotianmen, was designed by the same architect as Singapore’s Raffles City and was mentioned in the overview. Your video camera captures insightful video footage of the exterior and detailed interior! The entrance to Sky Park is a suspended aerial walkway that is crystal clear and boldly shining, offering thrills and an exciting tightrope walk.🌟 The city below spreads out in a mosaic of light and shadow, experienced virtually through video footage. The final scene of the Pet Robot dog’s walk through the city is humorous and unique! It video camera captured a symbol of technological wonder amid the monotony of everyday life.✨ Yosh and Iku
I like the massive Raffles City Chongqing Mall, where homegrown stores outnumber the international brands. Where games, fashion, bubble teas and food shops are plenty. In contrast, the Marina Bay Sands only has shops for the wealthy, where locals can only window shop and gawk at the out-of-reach fashions and accessories.
the main landmark at Chongqing Raffles City is the 4-tower building connected by a top cantilever park which is an inspiration of the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. it is just that singapore's mbs will have the upcoming 4th tower also designed by Moshe Safdie and to be built just opposite the main hotel entrance. i guess that admission to the skywalk park is free compared with the one in Singapore which costs 23-25 SGD per person. plus, there is even a swinging ride at Chongqing's skypark and a breathtaking view of the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers. besides that, there is a glass-bottom cantilever platform for the river confluence view where we need to put on a pair of shoe covers to keep it clean.
Thanks for your comment. 1 forgot to input the prices. I have added these to the video description 😊 Sky Park: 120Y $22 (Exploration Deck) Sky Swing: 180Y $33 Sky Walk: 180Y $33 (Rooftop of The Crystal)
This raffle city mall is really modern and futuristic, it must be a great tourist destination as well as for locals. It’s a fun place for the whole family 👍🏼💜 the amusement amenities part is cool.
This mall carries Singapore's Raffles City branding. As Chongqing is a mountain city, this mall is built on a hillside as all the other buildings. I entered the mall from road level at level 5. The entrance at the far end, by the riverside is level 1 which is 5 stories down. This is very normal for buildings here. The mall is very clean, spacious and futuristic.
An amazing place that looks more "Singapore" than "China"! More use of English language than I expected on store signs etc. Do they have a lot of overseas tourists?
This Raffles City brand is also appearing in other top tier Chinese cities. More use of English signs is now getting common in mega malls. I see very few overseas tourists. With the economy slowing, locals are touring the different cities. I asked for directions from 'locals' and found that they were as lost as me. One was from Beijing, another was from Hunan. There were others from cities that I have not heard of.
@@dave8229 Dave, may I know where you come from? I have many videos outside Singapore which I will upload sparingly as most of my viewers prefer to watch Singapore videos. I travel frequently in Asia region. I'm always on the lookout for discounted air tickets.

Developer is Capitaland from Singapore and designer is Moshe Safdie who designed the Marina Bay Sands. They came up with another design based on the similar concept.
