The Sudsy Soapery Citrus & Bay Shaving Soap 

Must admit watching your videos cheer me up no end. They are something I look forward to each Wednesday & Sunday lunchtime. The fact you show different colognes and soaps really help. I have bought some from your view. Keep up the good work, and Mrs H outdid herself with this display it's very beautiful indeed.

Yet another great video Paul! I believe you are correct about a person's frame of mind having an effect on their body. Also, love that razor! The lather the soap produced looked excellent, the brush full of lather you showed at 8:52 looked top shelf, though the shape was unusual. It reminded me of something. Really loved this midweek philosophical shave of yours Paul! Keep it up mate. As for what is the worst part of a shave apart from its end for me is really the third pass (the one against the growth) which I never include in my shavings as it feels like literally raking my skin with the blade and I can't stand even watching you doing it so I admit I run forward the video when it comes to this bit no mater how effortlessly and overall successfully you perform it! wonderful subtle use of colour from Mrs H. the Gillette slim twist is one of my fave razors and mostly have it set to number 8 with a Wilkinson sword blade, am the same as you Paul ending a shave is the worst part. the soap looked like a great product, love the presentation cracking vid as usual

Wonderful video again! Even before you answered the question about the "worst part of shave" I had a similar idea in mind. Before I started wet-shaving the worst part of it was ....the whole thing. Just thinking about shaving was awful. Nowadays the worst part of shaving is having to wait for the hair to grow back before shaving again. I have to say that everything you bring to the videos is excellent. I have known for a long time that my skin is extremely sensitive to overly perfumy stuff (cologne, soap, cream, lotion...basically anything). I have lately passed a brand new (minus 2 or 3 shaves) 'Art of shaving' lavender container of cream to my father because the lavender pretty much burns my skin. I do use a few soaps lightly scented, but the stuff that works best for me is unscented. From what I learned/tried so far anyways. What you said about being allergic to ingredients in the soaps is spot on. That makes me think that I passed a screening recently and learned I was allergic to elm and laurel so I might have to keep an eye out when looking at those woodsy types. I have a few soaps here that I haven't used yet that have tea tree in them and should maybe give them better attention when I do try them. Thank you so much for the videos by the way. I am just as excited about your videos as I am about shaving nowadays. Tuesdays and Saturdays are my shave days and watching your videos on the following days is always great enjoyment.

Hi Paul, I enjoyed that video like always. I dont often comment, but really I should, just to cheer you on and thank you for your videos really. Yesterday I got Cella in the mail, I tried it... and I like it so much. Today after doing 3 passes I had so much lather left, so I whipped it up some more then then some more, and it became super super peaky and strong, and I had to think of you :) So thanks for being my shave friend, even though communication really only goes one way. Except for this comment now and positive vibes always.

You love lemon scents so much, I thought I would recommend Mentholated Limacol. Product produced in Guyana. I just picked some up while I was in Trinidad. I used to hate the stuff whenI was a kid as we used it to cool off when you had a Fever. Now, as an aftershave slash, it is wonderful. Love your videos! Thanks.

Hey Paul! Greetings from California. I recently discovered DE shaving as well as your channel, and I love your videos. I've still got a lot of catching up to do (lol). I was admiring your Gillette Slim Adjustable, and noted now nice it looked for a vintage razor. Is that its original plating, or did you get it re-plated? Also, I ended up getting the sampler pack from Sudsy Soapery, and love the Citrus & Bay. It reminds me of Christmastime with its citrus-spice aroma - like smelling a hot mug of wassail. Anyway, keep up the good work while I try to catch up. God bless!

Good shave paul. i like the flowers they bring the room out if that makes any sense tell miss H to keep the good work up. gillette fusion pro glide blades cost 17 euro isent that to much i might think off going your way. i use the soaps and the creams talor of old bond street shaving cream and the brushes just not the double edge razors i think i will. your allways happy you allways put me in a happy frame of mind I'm off to have a shave i think i will use talor of old bond street shaving cream for sensitive skin that's my favourite.

Good shave..love that razor...you should have two thumbs ups one for the shave and one for the flowers...don't see the need for the thumbs down at any time...

+PaulHFilms another great video. I think that Mrs. H should be like Mrs. Manwering and "Er indoors" (Arthur Daley's Missus) and remain somewhat annonymous. You use quite a few different blades across your range of razors. In your next or ucoming videos would you be able to share your experience and insights into the balde and the choice as I think that blade, razor and soap/cream selection is a bit of an art and takes time to master. Real nice ingredients on the Citrus & Bay. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that the quantity box is working, so even if one wanted to order, it would be somewhat difficult. how u doing Paul Mick from Glasgow here been trying to get hold of a gillette fat boy on eBay but I think every one else has the same idea some going for a tidy sum but I will keep looking u never no. that's me on setting 3 with the futur going down a half setting each pass no nicks or irritation over the moon the first shave i had with it gave me a right fright thought the blade was going to take my face off but I'm glad I didn't sell it sorry matey going on a bit here before I go I noticed u don't use the alum block is there a reason for this all the best to u and Mrs h (slangevar)
