This is top tier work. I cannot believe that I didn't have to pay a cent to listen! I just recently discovered Kult, bought the rulebook, and decided to look around to see what people have been doing with it. The horror here - both the utterly banal (waiting on the line just to be transferred during an emergency) to the supernatural - is masterfully delivered by Matthew and received by the players. And the social commentary is thick. This could not have been a better introduction to the spirit of the game. Thank you so much!
So happy to hear that you think that! We had a great time recording this and are looking forward to playing something with Matthew and this group again soon!
@@rainerlordofpigsdesigns5427 oh, I'm huge into Kult, been playing since 1st edition, in fact the music for this particular game podcast (the Kult OST) was partially written and arranged by me. What I meant was that the Summit seemed odd to run because of all the body horror. Wasn't sure how to do that well.
Excited to play this scenario. My only wish is that there were pre-generated characters 😩 But i understand that due to different angles (the parents, the high-schoolers efc) it's a bit complicated to make those.
It made me uneasy just to read this scenario. Knowing where it's headed, I am filled with a kind of _nauseous anticipation,_ especially since the characters have a child with them. This is going to be horrible! (Not that I'm complaining, mind)
Jeremy Titus We are afraid it will be rather dark. But Matthew did a great job at not having it go too far and we are all very happy with the arcs our characters ended up having in the story. Enjoy!
