this is an absolute goldmine... I watched the gameboy compilation too and found some old game we used to play at our friend's house. Without this I never could've found out what game it was / what it's been called. Especially since Japanese and non-Japanese versions had different names for some of the games. Thanks so much, my man!
There's a certain magic that Super Nintendo Games have that None of the other Consoles just don't. I Dont know what it is but it's almost magical, and i love it
@@MiguelAngel-nm6qh a lot of people like myself also like the 16-bit graphical style with sprites. and with modern tech you can do so much more with sprites. especially in some of the indie games we see. but it's not just that. i love 16-bit sound effects and soundtracks(depending on the game, of course). the 16-bit era(mainly snes since i didn't have genesis growing up) holds a certain place in my heart and it's my favorite era of gaming. i'm glad i actually got to grow up with it being in my early teens and now that i'm older, just turning 40, i still like to go back and revisit these games, as well as play some games i didn't get a chance to play growing up, whether i didn't know about them, or just couldn't afford them. there's plenty of classic games in the snes library worth checking out, and however you do that is up to you. but one thing is for certain the snes is is my favorite console and for damn good reason. sorry for the wall o' text. not good with paragraphs. *edit* one thing i forgot to mention. some of my all-time favorite games are on the super nintendo. my number 1, all-time favorite game being Super Castlevania IV. i love that game!
@@derek-64 i love snes at 23 years old because I grew up playing Wario Ware (playing nes mini games) and Super Smash Bros.melee, looking at all of the trophies and their historical info as you collected them. After finding out how flawed the NES games are, I started looking at snes games.
@@Curtoonstv i wouldn't exactly consider nes games flawed. the tech back then was just really limited and some developers unfortuntately didn't know how to utilize it to full potential. there's still plenty of excellent nes games, though. and sometimes ya gotta search and dig to find some of the really good lesser known games as well. both nes and snes are where its at for me.
So, SO many childhood memories, all in one video...The SNES/SFC is my LIFE. There's just something about this era that really resonates with me on a deeply nostalgic level. SNES games and their music and everything have this certain cozy feeling that is unlike anything else. Truly one of the greatest consoles, and libraries, ever made, and this video helps to prove it.
So much memories in this video ! I cannot imagine the work you done on it. It remember me when I was 12 and watching video games magazines and dreams about games I couldn’t have
@@Dylan_thebrand_slayer_Mulveiny then play 1000 games for only one video if you dont appreciate his work. Deal with the things yourself before you complain - Life Advice
Most of my life i have dismissed the snes and its library as a had a megadrive growing up so i had a loyalty to that system... which is odd as before the megadrive i had an NES... i guess it is just blind nostalgia not allowing me to like a console i didn’t have as a kid? Only now though am i starting to appreciate how good the snes was... i have started collecting for it and some of the games are amazing
I share the same exact feeling as you. Im looking at this video right now and telling my "what a collection of shit games" glad i missed most of the library and skipped to genesis/megadrive
Is amazing how one cannot exist without the other. Almost like this two consoles are glued by fate. Im a Genesis guy. But Snes existing makes me love the 16bit gen even more. Never before or after a console war was this passionate.
I could be wrong but if I am right, I hope I am but I think that was the Demo XD, Demo is a true artist..it can actually do really straight lines..try doing a line like that on Mario pain without having to use line tool or undo dog it a bunch of times
You know... Plus, to being the ultimate SNES entire library, this is my choice to put a video for relax and sleep. Even while sleeping, I do still can hear the sounds and music randomly. Thank you so much for this, pal!
I love watching these compilations before going to bed, it helps me fall asleep and I get to know a lot of new gems, little by little every night Im getting to the end, thank you so very much for putting all the work in this, you got a new sub 😊
Encontrei o jogo que estava procurando por meses: Monstania - 2:24:33 Procurei por cada segundo até chegar nesse trecho do vídeo. Ótimo RPG de tática, recomendo muito.
Crazy to see all different types of game play throughout the years. Its cool because at the end of every consoles life cycle you can tell the difference between the games that came out with the console and the games they made when the console was dieing off.
This was an incredible machine in those times, I remember in the 90's I had the Amiga and my brother got the SN (his main target in mind was Street Fighter), it was a constant battle about how good the graphics/games were in both machines, obviously SN always beated Amiga and I was internally very angry and sad. I could get the Amiga games very cheap, though, that was the only good part. :)
When you wanna kill five hours and don’t wanna do anything then this video is just perfect. Nothing wrong with frittering away time at a point; we all need to just relax and decompress doing nothing sometimes x3
incredible work. I can't even make a video that's 9 minutes long with all the games! by the way, if you are interested in super Mario for SNES, the time frame is 3:52:03
Thanks your video helped me complete my north American eroupe and japanese super Nintendo entertainment system and nintendo super famicom game libraries
1727 games! Awesome video! But there are more games (the exclusive Satellaview Games and Nintendo Power System) like Power Lode Runner, Zelda no Densetsu, Ring ni Kakero, F-Zero Grand Prix 1 and 2, NP Picross, Kirby no Omochabaco...
Never owned a SNES, but I played the first few games when I played SNES for the first time in the summer of 1995. Watching this gameplay felt like my childhood is gone far too long. Some of the games deserve a remake - perhaps a remaster - for this modern console generation. 47:43 Donkey Kong Country 50:43 Dragon Ball Z Super Butouden 3 03:32:33 Street Fighter II Turbo 03:38:03 Super Bomberman 3 03:52:23 Super Mario Kart
I owned Sega Megadrive and my mate had a SNES. I still have fond memories of playing SF2 and hiring games out every weekend. It's only through emulation that i've truly experienced a lot of SNES games. Great Console indeed!
Incredible video, best console of all time and in my opinion, there was no other to match. If you can do all the ps vita games, I would be very happy. I want one, but I want to know the games first. Strong hug!
@@NolyurnWeb I think PS2 had like 4,700. If you search the Nintendo eShop.. they just passed the 5,200 game mark. I think it’s at 5,239 as of Monday, March 29th 2021.
I came here to see if anyone can help me find a game that I used to really like. It came on Polystation Cassette. I don't remember the name but it went more or less like this: The game is very colorful 8-bit, you have 3 eligible characters: a samurai, a cowboy and a bandit. You have to walk the roofs and roofs of the buildings and from a certain point, you enter one of the buildings. And the first boss to appear was a Knight, one of those who wear medieval armor and used a mangual (a stick that has a spiked metal ball chained on it) And that's all I remember.
Honestly, no you don't. It's so clear to see the jump from NES to SNES. A lot of NES games haven't aged particularly well, but then you look at the SNES and... just... *wow* so many of them are incredible to this day. I look at Chrono Trigger, I don't see an aging game I doubt I could play unless it was fun, I see an incredible work of sprite-art that stood the test of time due to both the system's unique style of graphics and the game developers capability of adapting it properly. Seriously, there are so many games still worth playing on the system.
With all the games on here now, maybe I’ll find the one I’ve been looking for since I was a kid: A game that goes through the stages kind of like megaman but can be played with two players teamed together. And unlike two-player Donkey Kong where you wait your turn until your partner gets hit, you can move around individually at the same time while within the same screen. I think one character is a man and the other a woman with a green or blue Mohawk if remember correctly. I’m probably off there but I remember a specific boss fight with a lady that shoots fire at you by moving her hand effortlessly. Also, when you’re in trouble, you can push a button which destroys all the enemies around you but I think you have to have enough power of some sort to do that. Hopefully I find it.
this is video should be preserved and archived in a super computer for future generations in search of vintage video games, maybe people on Mars would access this library to find something to play when they get bored of 3D
