In the resolve bio labs, before you overcharge make sure to destroy the trash collector robot the one with the box on its back, after i overcharged it swooped in and took it and i didn't get the nano core, just some friendly advice

Emil Happy i can just tell you boss 1 you need to kill him without using his own missiles, (aka swing at his feet and topple him over) boss 2 you need to cut off all his limbs, boss 3 don't cut off any limbs in the second phase EXCEPT the two that point at you when focusing on the head(you can ignore them though) boss 4 you need to cut off his right arm (if you want the full set destroy the two silos as well) final boss you need to cut off his right arm in his second phase that should be it
Kinda. There's a train station in Nucleus back to the 2nd area and from there, you can get to the Biolabs, the RnD and the area before the last one fast.
please man, i am just 1 black cerberus arms away from a platinum, i reached end of NG++ so any special locations for black cerberus guards? the boss despite the trick did not drop full set since i was dumb enough to cut his body instead of right arm...i can't go NG+++ just for an arm, also end boss is so overpowered....
I belive if you kill the captain severing his right arm (weapon hand) you get the v 2.0 of the weapon as well as the whole set, you dont have to kill him 4x for it, just once right :D
If you think in Dark Sous (3) terms, they are the titanite slabs. So basically the highest upgrade material (Mk.V) for weapons and armor. 1 each for legs and arms, 2 for the helmet, 3 for the chestpiece and 3 for a weapon.
