Bro I was just casually listening through the first third kinda like "yeah that's cool but I personally don't buy it so far." Not in a mean way, just my usual default towards new FNAF theories until the evidence gets really good. (Referring more to DCA's age, relation to the Puppet) But the description of the TWO Eclipses actually makes perfect freaking sense and now I'm genuinely musing over this. It has ALWAYS bothered me that Sun suddenly seemed to be asking to "be whole" with Moon, this alter ego he lives in TERROR of and BEGS to keep away from him - why would he suddenly want to be repaired instead of just keeping his nemesis at bay like always? And Moon, like you mentioned, actively FIGHTS to keep Cassie from succeeding and to stay in control, even though he's obviously in as much pain as Sun during their unending battle for control... Eclipse being a third entity that basically overrides Moon makes perfect sense, it explains why he shares NONE of Moon's personality traits, why Moon would rather be in anguish than be rebooted, why Sun is still able to communicate with Cassie after being "fixed". It's actually more satisfying than the assumption that the two characters have been melted into one that's so distinct from both of their personalities (it'd be a shame to lose them, even if Eclipse seems like a sweetheart.) I also love the explanation of the second Eclipse; it definitely explains why the forshadowed "Eclipse" in the BB Arcade was nothing like the animatronic we meet, upsetting a lot of the fans who wanted a super evil fiery monster - because it's NOT the same Eclipse. Come to think of it, the name Eclipse and its definition bothered me at first too, so I can't believe I never connected it to the idea of Sun "overriding" Moon instead of the two being overridden by a new entity, or being combined into one persona. I'm not sure I agree on the hows or whys of a lot of these explanations, but the ideas are DEFINITELY very interesting new ideas to put on the shelf and keep in mind for later evidence... although honestly at this point I'm willing to accept "DCA is actually super crazy old despite being technologically advanced" if it means we get to see more of him in future installments lol.
Wow this is so interesting and makes so much sense! I absolutely love the Daycare Attendant, and the possibility of them having been around for a lot longer is super exciting! I often wonder what their full story is- if they’re a trapped soul(s?) or sentient animatronic (or otherwise)? At the beginning of the carousel level, Sun says “If I had been programmed with the knowledge to fits it, it would’ve already been done.” Which leads be to lean towards sentient animatronic since he’s aware of being able to fix it, but is limited by his programming. The same could be said for when Sun says “Bad kid! Bad Kid!” When messing up during arts and crafts- we play as an adult in the game, which I’d imagine he would know the difference, but that could also be a programming limitation. _Lol not me trying to find as many reasons as possible for Sun & Moon to just be autonomous animatronics that aren’t possessed because of my massive crush on them_

i love the theory im so interested to know what it means for the wider lore considering the puppet was made by henry and the mimic by edwin (who is essentially the same), its very interesting to think eclipse couldve been made by them too very interesting
I read a fanfiction a while ago where there was a Fnaf theme park that during the day what a normal amusement park but at night is was scary and stuff. It was called "Days of Laughs and Nights of Screams" by justaduck6432 it had moon be a walk around character during the night and sun takes care of the daycare type place.during the day. It was very good I recommend reading it
Guys I figured out the weird letters over the stand at 2:45! The description on the ITP video has all the As replaced with V so I shifted it and it goes from "Yji'o gdnozi oj czm" to "Don't listen to her"!!! Can anyone figure out the morse code? Has anyone found codes in the other videos???
2:45 anyone know what that secret text says, my computer is too blurry to see it clearly, i got G for the first letter then a O or zero for the second but after that my puter cant get it
