In this video Rick Shiels PGA golf professional heads out to the golf course with a swingless golf club!
If you've ever played golf, watched the PGA Tour or seen golfers like Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson hit a golf ball, you will know that the golf swing needs power, precision and timing in order to hit the golf ball high and long.
This swingless golf club however can hit the golf ball up to 200 yards with just the push of a button!
Watch till the end of the video to see if Rick can get a hole in one with the swingless golf club.

Hi I'm Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This RU-vid channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes "gimmicky" golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.
If you enjoy the channel make sure you hit subscribe and also tap the notification bell so that you are always notified when I release a new video.

This is so great! My golfing buddy’s son has Down’s syndrome. Him and his son golf at least 3 days a week together. He drives off the tee box, then his dad drops him around the green so he can chip and putt. He can drive about 125 yds and putts amazingly well, but rarely gets to play an entire hole because there’s always a group behind us. This will allow him to play his approach shots and get an entire round in!!! So cool! Thanks for showcasing this!

This is AWESOME Rick! I’ve been a playing professional for 30 years, and I can’t imagine my life without golf. I’m developing arthritis in the “pinky” and “ring” fingers of my left hand at only 50 years old and I can see that one day soon; I won’t be able to swing a club. All those years and years of spending hours on the practice tee is taking its toll on me. At least with this invention, I will be able to stay out there and be around the game that has given my life so much meaning. Take care of yourself and don’t neglect your health!! As always, nice review!!
@4wheelliving132
@4wheelliving132 2 года назад
I also am getting arthritis and can't grip a club like I used to, and I went to jumbo grips and it seems to help a lot. With regular grips it feels like the club is flopping around in my hands
@roryg54
@roryg54 Год назад
As 4 Wheel said, jumbo grips help a lot. Try the Golf Pride CP2 non-tapered jumbo. Also, a little heresy here, grip the club in the palm of your following hand (right for right handers). More stability and less stress on the fingers. It was good enough for the greatest ball striker in history (Moe Norman). Watch the RU-vid video of Moe.

I got a buddy who used to love to golf with us, then he had an accident at work and it destroyed the ligaments and broke bones in both of his shoulders, now he has plates and pins in both arms and cant swing a club effectively anymore. This would change all that in an instant!! $1,000 is a bit pricey... but to be able to do something u love again I think itd be worth it!!! Hats off to whoever created this

This would have been great for my grandfather. We have had a family golf tournament every year since 1972. My grandfather went to golfsmith to learn how to build clubs. I still have the set that he and I build together for me. It was not 6 months from the day he gave up his membership to the country club until he passed. This would have allowed him to play longer. At the end he had to drive up right next to the tee box, the ball on the fairway and even up to the edge of the green as walking was getting difficult. Taking the large swings out of the game would have been a benefit to him.

@@korygabrielson3410 Moore's Law: Technology gets twice as good for half the price about every four years. A club like this came out in the 90s (IIRC) that was about 1500-2000 (not adjusted for inflation), and was nowhere near this reliable, and had to be loaded with bullet casings (once again, IIRC). It was actually joked about in 'Home Improvement'. I get the feeling we'll see something like this re-emerge in a couple years for just under $700.

This is so good for handicap or older players! Hell even I could use this right now lol. I’m currently struggling with a torn oblique and can’t hit anything over 75 yards... Give me one of those a putter and a wedge and I’m in business lol. Not really golf per se, but you could still have some fun and drink beers with the squad.

When you were going for the 75 yard shot towards the green, can you not tilt it backwards to add more loft to the ball similar to how you aimed downwards to keep the ball lower in the trees?

I was thinking if you set it up like an inch or two behind the ball maybe have a little more control of the shot or less run and add more spin.

Hopefully the weights tolerable and if it is, it will be game changer for the disability community. Thank's so much for the video Rick, im going to have to get my hands on one i think!
